I’ve been out of the game for years due to major injury. I’ve atrophied and my joints and tendons are weak as fuck. Im 6-1 260 and getting down to 230.( I can lose 10
A week ) my BMI is a little high but I’m a fighter, a fucker a handballmpkaywr and throw guys around a mat for fun.
Im a lifter and grappler, not a body builder.
I used to fuck with orals 80s , but it’s been that long.
So after some consideration and advice I’m planning on cycling first starting wiabout 200-250 test e a week for 12 weeks . I’ve thought about kickstarting the test with var or dbol but this is where I need more help, I have blue meanie dbol from 80s and ten mg is like 30 these days
But , it’s such a bulker and I’m looking for power , strength and speed.
I’m going to adding at least ius of optitropin after the test kicks in.
When is a good time to start HGH while on test, I’ll run HGH for 6 months depending on sides. .
Shoukd I kickstart the test or just walnut for HGH?
What Harm reduction like aromasin or clomid shoukd I use ? When?
My test is 680 so I don’t wnat to fuck that up,
Any ideas.

Considering my 3 hip replacements and no meniscus in either knee , rebuilding joins was something that attracted me to HGH. I had heard Var could help some but I don’t know much about deca. I’ll read some articles. So deca is great for joints ? What’s your experience I’m very interested.
How much and when would you indtroduce in and with what HGH and test?

My knowledge about this topic basically begins and ends with knowing Deca is great for joint support. It's also basically the best steroid for building huge amounts of mass, but even if you didn't want it for that reason you could run a low dose for joint support with whatever else you're running.

Look up 'nandrolone for joints' on google, lots of info about it being used for arthritis patients and other issues.

How you got three hips???

Anyway - Some guys get mild joint relief from Nandralone and some get great relief from it. I'm 52 but without all the surgeries you've had and Nandrolone greatly reduces my elbow, knee and shoulder pain. It also makes me strong. It doesn't take a lot for the joint pain reduction. I prefer NPP over the Deca version of Nandrolone. It's a shorter ester and It seems to kick in quicker for me with less water retention. I run it with test at 500 and NPP at 400 with no issues. I don't aromatize much so I use Aromasin as needed if I need it. Clomid makes my bake break out so I stay away from it.

If you're running 250-300 test, at our age, bpc-157, tb-500 and ipamorelin (with extra cardio if your joints can handle it) will blow away GH.

I'm 54.

I agree, losing weight combined with healing whatever injuries should be the most important goal here.

The only problem is sourcing BPC-157 and TB-500 is difficult. I'd prefer Pfizer HGH pens over gray market peptides any day.

Definitely keep gear to low dose test and focus more on low weight, high reps, and cardio.

The OP is a big dude. HGH does increase the risk of developing diabetes, sometimes Type 1. Eating big and lifting big is for younger guys. Always remember steroids allow you to eat less and still build muscle, or ideally preserve muscle and lose body fat. Avoiding insulin spikes by minimizing sugar/starch in your diet is a must at 54.

We always say diet is just as important as whatever steroids you're using, but diet is just more important in general when you're 54. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Salads with cold pressed olive oil should be a daily staple. Eat the highest quality meat you can afford. Avoid restaurants unless necessary for social reasons. Minimize drinking or any other intoxicant.

It sounds like your body is wrecked, and you'll never get back to normal. You've got to roll with it as best you can.
