What's up Meso!! With a title like that I should probably start with pic's.

In this log I hope to give inspiration to anyone that is going through some tough times. This will have my training, diet, and cycle. I will use a lot pictures, bc I'm a horrible writer. I won't gross anyone out with the before pic's anymore. lol Maybe once more at the end.:D

Training Splits
Day 1 - Chest & Light Biceps 1hr cardio
Day 2 - Back & Light Triceps 1hr cardio
Day 3 - Legs & Abs 1hr cardio
Day 4 - Light Chest & Arms 1hr cardio
Day 5 - Light Back & Shoulders 1hr cardio
Day 6 - Rest
Repeat

Most Days
1.5lb Meat (Chicken Usually)
2 Cups Rice
1/2 Cup Oats
1/4 Head Lettuce
1/4 Bag Mixed Veggies
8 Eggs 4-Whole 4-Whites
2pc Turkey Sausage
2pc Sandwich Thins Wheat
2 Shakes describe later


Cycle
Test C - 1-14 weeks 1.2ml/225mg E3D
Mast E - 1-14 weeks 1.5ml/300mg E3D
Adex - 1-14 weeks .5mg EOD

No PCT
After 14 weeks I will be going on my own TRT 200mg/week

Goals
10lbs of muscle
225lbs 11-13%bf

7-dog. Your my fucking hero baby!!! I love your transformation. I been through similar streets as you my friend. I went home recently (first time in 10 years) and I ran into an old friends mom. (She used to say that I was the reason her son was the way he was) I said hello and told her who I was. She couldn't believe it She said I would ask how you have been but I can see your a different person now. She then asks if I could help get her son a job. I made her come out to my car and gave her a business card. I could tell when she seen my car it made her sick to her stomach!!! I ate the shit up Holmes!!! I was always the "bad" kid. Now I left and turned shit upside down and my old friends are still all fucked up to this day. Be proud brother and share your story. You never know when your pics/story may help inspire another kid going down the wrong road to turn it around. How we evolve from our surroundings is what defines us. Good post brother

Thank Killa. I hope the Mast E is really Mast E no labmax. I really wanted to go with tren, but Im taking HuckingFuge's advice to Trukker that it would not be a good idea to run it in the summer. I already sweat like a whore in church. lol

Was she hot?? I thought thats where this story was going at first. lol The other day I was coming out of sams and this soccer mom need help loading her dirt in her car. I helped that bitch and she didn't even offer a bj. lol Just thanks WTF!!!

Fucking gym was crowed. I can't stand it when some dumbass gets to close to me when I'm lifting, fucking kids!! Worse part about a 24hr gym NO SUPERVISION!! Anyway, good workout weighed 218lbs, 2lbs in 5 days if I keep this up 40lbs in 14 weeks!! LOL!!

Treadmill incline 15 3.6mph 10mins, 2.9mph 5mins, 1.9mph 5mins. I think the speed is fucked up on this treadmills

Rigs has a thread about what works for calves, that where I got it. This is the 4th time doing it, don't think I have the forward lean right yet.
