Day 1 - Chest & Light Biceps 1hr cardio
Day 2 - Back & Light Triceps 1hr cardio
Day 3 - Legs & Abs 1hr cardio
Day 4 - Light Chest & Arms 1hr cardio
Day 5 - Light Back & Shoulders 1hr cardio
Day 6 - Rest

1.5lb Meat (Chicken Usually)
2 Cups Rice
1/2 Cup Oats
1/4 Head Lettuce
1/4 Bag Mixed Veggies
8 Eggs 4-Whole 4-Whites
2pc Turkey Sausage
2pc Sandwich Thins Wheat
2 Shakes describe later
Cycle
Test C - 1-14 weeks 1.2ml/225mg E3D
Mast E - 1-14 weeks 1.5ml/300mg E3D
Adex - 1-14 weeks .5mg EOD
No PCT
After 14 weeks I will be going on my own TRT 200mg/week

225lbs 11-13%bf
