7Dog's Transformation/Test & Mast Cycle

I'm going to use this log to say some shit that bothers me. The gym I go to is the only one around that is open 24hrs and has a good selection of free-weights. But, holy shit does it have a bunch of d-bags!! There are two motherfuckers that spend 45mins in the locker room!! The locker room is about 15 x 15 w/ three private showers and two benches. These guys sit on the benches drink their fucking PWO's, take a shower, sit on the benches, talk, sit on the benches, then they go workout (if thats what you want to call it). Did I mention they sit on the benches!! Shit drives me nuts!! Just bc you are at the gym for 2hrs don't mean shit when 1hr 30mins is just fucking around!! GTFO!!

I brought my notebook today forgot the pen.:( No pen in that gym, ain't that some shit. Feeling good, whole body is a little sore. Wasn't sore natty, but I am now..weird:confused:. Today was light back (working some soreness out) and shoulders, threw in some forearms at the end. My forearms remind me of a 12yr boys'.

No training today. Me and the dog was going to go to the park so she could chase the geese, but its raining and I don't like playing in the rain. They are remodeling this Kroger's I go to, can't find shit now. It use to take me about 30mins to get what I needed, now takes 60. All the steaks looked like shit. So, I had to make a big shake.

Great workout bro! I'm going to start working those Face pull's myself. I've been thinking about doing them for a while so next shoulder day it’s on for sure.

It's funny you mentioned getting sore now but not when you were off gear. I've been experiencing something similar in that I get crazy pumps now. Like really crazy! Then I'll be stiff and sore within about 4 - 6 hours after I work out. But the next day I usually don't get sore, except for my calves. Not sure why but they are definitely the exception to that statement.

Gym trolls ? You have them as well? The guys doing 50 set of chest? Lil fucking hobbits! I heard muthafuckers talk about all the certs they got and how many years of experience. Reality is no one gives a fuck "gym guru". Get the fuck of the power rack.

In! How many times a week are you doing the calf cardio? Are you hitting them directly w weights too? Noticing anything yet?

I believe today was the sixth time. I do training them with weight, just not enough sets. Not really noticing much yet, but I do enjoy it. The last couple of times I've really tried to push off with my big toe and not over stride. And the forward lean is a bit tricky on this treadmill, gonna try a different one tomorrow.

Your situation reminds me of my fav gym. it was a shit hole with no ac and the old style nautilus machine. a whole floor in the basement that was just legs machines. The lockers where really small. smelled of balls and ass. But if you a inverted leg press there was more than one 2 poweracks and a squat rack lying,seated and stand leg curl all with extended plate loaded poles :) like a 100 45 plates. Now its just a fashion show at most gyms. Everyone matching. We even got a asshole who works out in a tight dress shirt and sunglasses. :/ i need money for a home gym.

So, I tried a different treadmill and I could tell the one I've been using the speed is off. Cruising along and the fucker stop at 9mins and would not start back up.

Nuts are shrinking? Not using hcg bro? If not I highly recommend it. Nuts wont shrink and I also hear its easier to get ur system up and running again when u come off. Look into it if u havent already.

I appreciate the advice. Could just be my imagination, its probably still too early for that to happen. I'm never coming off of test, TRT for life, I didn't want kids away.

Legs and abs was on the menu this morning. I was feeling strong so I went heavy (for me) on the leg press and tweaked my lower back. This is the reason I don't BB squat any more, fucks with my back and my form sucks. Should be alright in a couple of days, but no rest, just roll and stretch.
