7Dog's Transformation/Test & Mast Cycle

The smell this time of year always reminds me of football. Its the way the grass smells, makes me think of "two days." Its been really hot 105°heat index yesterday and its not going to end anytime soon. I'm not a fan of this type of weather.

Chest and biceps today. First time I've struggled with this workout. I'm not 100% sure why, could have been a couple of things, too many people in the gym or it was just a bad day. When I was doing incline bb had to many people around me and couldn't focus, just felt like someone was going to bump into my bar.

Not a very good workout. Of course its my fault for not focusing 100% on my lift, I won't let that shit happen again. I didn't feel very strong today, felt pretty damn weak. I'll make up for it tomorrow. No picture, but weight was 238...down 5lbs.

Ive always hated the heat. Especially if its humid. When it gets too hot theres nothing to do but be miserable.
Workout looked good, even if your head wasnt in it. But like you said brother, just get it back tomorrow!

The air is so thick here you can cut it with a knife and the gnats are horrible. The city use to spray for bugs, but they haven't this year. Thanks jay, I will crush it tomorrow, can't have three bad workouts in a row.:mad:
 
It's mostly all mental. I have days like that too. Where I make the mistake of being too care free. Not focused. Not angry. Not willing to make a forcible change in my physique. Let's face it. Creating muscle is hard work! It needs equal intensity and raw fortitude to push thru the sets and weight and the agonizing lactic acid build up.

Make that change 7. No time like the present

Early this morning moon shot.

My focus this morning was much better. Less people in the gym ='s greater focus, more people in the gym ='s less focus and extreme aggression/rage. I should probably get a pair of blinders they put on horses that way I wouldn't notice others. I use to wear a hat pulled down real low, but damn it doesn't take long and a hat will smell funky. I already have a funky smell once I start sweating, don't need to add to it.

Back and triceps was what I torn up. Didn't try to set any PR's as my elbow is still not right. But I did add some weight to my pull ups.

Thats a good looking workout. Glad youre back on the right track.
During the winter I wear a hoodie and / or beanie just to hide in plain site while working out. I think when people can see you dont want to be bothered they stay clear. Of course the problem is in the summer its too damn hot to wear all that.
 
The dreams I've been having are insane. They seem so real. They really have me freaking out. Not that I'm killing anyone in them or anything like that. They're either about two chicks, the one I about married or the one I should've married. Anyway I believe they both are married now with kids, so those ships have sailed. If dreams do have a meaning I sure would like to know wtf is going on. I'll just blame it on the tren.:D

Overall, I was happy with this workout. I had to use a belt on the last two sets of smith squats, lower back gets sore quick. 16 plates is the most I've used on leg press, which is a workout in itself. Locating that many plates takes a min bc nothing and I mean nothing is ever where it should be.

Not feeling as great as I did, joints are stiff and popping. Gonna lower the dose on letro, see if that helps. I'm sure it will since they began hurting more once I started it.

I did see the milf yesterday on the dog walk. She was sitting with her daughter and her daughter's friend in their front yard. Her daughter is at least 17. I gave them a friendly wave. Of course her old man was not home. I thought we go back by bc I didn't get a good look what she was wearing. It doesn't hurt to look!!:p Well her daughter's car was gone, no one was in the yard, and her old man was home. The plan is to go by a little earlier today, catch her off guard. Lol

I've been pinning glutes ED for about two weeks. I thought I would give them a rest and go back to quads. First couple times the bathroom looked like a scene from Dexter. Yesterday not as much blood, but I fucked up somewhere. Quad is sore as fuck with a little bump. Not sore enough to walk the a limp, it does hurt when I press down on it though. Idk what my problem is with that area, bad technique I guess.

Destroyed that workout!! Been having problems lifting this pythons every since. Lol Seriously, it was a great workout. I felt really strong this morning, wanted to keep going, but I slap myself in the face and said that was enough. I had something else to add, but I can't think wtf it was.:confused: Maybe it'll come to me later.

Ive never done quads, always stuck to delts and glutes. I know my next cycle I'll need to switch up, but your visuals didnt help. Lol

I've heard that pinning delts could cause shoulder problems. You ever heard that??
