Favorite gym day's are Sunday and Monday mornings. Its empty, a lot easier on my nervous. The only thing is my OCD takes over and I start straighten the db rack, racking any plates that are left on the bars and/or the floor and damn near anything else I can find...fuckers should pay me to workout there...it seems like I'm the only one that cares.

Good workout, didn't feel as good as I did yesterday. Sleep wasn't as good either. I think that may have something to do with it...duh!!!
What I forgot to say yesterday was I re-filter my tren bc a pc of the rubber stopper was in it...well fuck me in the new vial I somehow knocked another pc of rubber stopper in it. Fuck it, I'll just try not to draw it up.
