I've heard that pinning delts could cause shoulder problems. You ever heard that??

Ive had some soreness. But nothing permanant or long term. I still have problems going in too far or not far enough. But Im still somewhat a newb to pinning, so I took it as that. I figure the more practice I get I'll get better.

I think it was Ogh that said pinning delts could cause a problem with the rotator cuff later on. I need to try the ventrogluteal technique, watched a couple videos, might give it a go today.
 
I pin glutes, delts, triceps. I love pinning triceps. I don't know why...it just feels good to me. Tried quads and bi's but those areas give me the willies.

Do you pin yourself on tri's? I need to get a girl who can pin me. Seems like everyone who has that has a lot less problems.

Put quads in there. They are the best if you pin yourself. Should be painless.

Perhaps your unclear of the location? It's right where your middle finger lands when you stand at attention. Side quad. High/low it doesn't matter. Between 2 legs I got 4 pin locations. It really should be easy

Favorite gym day's are Sunday and Monday mornings. Its empty, a lot easier on my nervous. The only thing is my OCD takes over and I start straighten the db rack, racking any plates that are left on the bars and/or the floor and damn near anything else I can find...fuckers should pay me to workout there...it seems like I'm the only one that cares.

Shoulders today. Skipped trap bar deads. Last time it really bother my elbow and its been hurting pretty much every since. Started with super set of pull ups and trap bar shrugs.

Good workout, didn't feel as good as I did yesterday. Sleep wasn't as good either. I think that may have something to do with it...duh!!!

What I forgot to say yesterday was I re-filter my tren bc a pc of the rubber stopper was in it...well fuck me in the new vial I somehow knocked another pc of rubber stopper in it. Fuck it, I'll just try not to draw it up.

Pinning later Test C 1ml Mast E 1.5ml (maybe 2ml of Mast left, it may be 1 and 1)

Ive had a problem for years organizing the gym. If I ever go to a bench or a smith machine that has a weight tree attached I have to organize it before I can lift. I thought I was the only one.
Besides that keep killing it bro. I dont know if I could ever hit 240. Once I get around 225 - 230 I feel like Im carrying too much weight.

You're not alone brother!! I've try not to do it, its just a habit. Most of the time I don't even realize I just cleaned up the whole area.
 
Well I don't have anything that's entertaining or exciting to talk about. Grilled up 10lb of chicken breast Sunday for the week, made a Sam's run yesterday. I wish there was a Costco close. Looking online and read others post it seems Costco's has a better selection. I just need to move, been here long enough...time for a change.

Chest and biceps is what I hit this morning. Tried not to go really heavy on bench bc my elbow is not getting any better. I've got Voodoo Floss in my cart on Amazon, pretty sure I'm gonna pull the trigger on it, gotta do something. I did 3 sets of 295 for 5, felt good, no spotter.

They're never gonna get the best treadmill fixed.:rolleyes: I'm hear to tell ya cardio is not impossible on tren. Pretty happy with this workout, it would've be nice to have a spotter...I'll take less stupid fucks in the gym any day.

Thanks to @gr8whitetrukker for the quad info, it did sting a bit...no blood or bruise though. I thought I was doing something was wrong bc of the all the blood and bruises I was getting. So, that's why I was pinning glutes daily, which didn't bother me, but its nice to have a couple new places.

I finally realized why my elbow is hurting so bad...its the letro. Yeah sometimes the lights are on but nobody's home.:confused: Gonna lower the dose again. Its also causing some minor knee pain...the shit is hardcore. I was pretty freaked out about my elbow yesterday, its good to know its probably just that simple.

Hit some legs and abs this morning. Not a lot of weight, 15reps on everything.
