It's funny cuz I can move weight but reps put me down. I can handle the heavy weights low reps all day but you put me on a 10 sets of 10 or anything over 15 reps and I'm down for a few days. That's why I started front squating. I've heard how it reduces pressure on the back and I thought I could do my reps on front squat and my heavy shit on back squat. But it hasn't worked out that way so far.

dude crazy volume!! good work bro. be careful running NPP higher than test, libido problems potentially. how do u feel after 9 weeks on tren? havent run that yet..thinking of a tren/gh/mast/var lean bulk cycle..im not much into bulking, but running tren with anadrol seems tempting lol.

Dude, I have been going through some family shit that took me out of the gym for a couple weeks. Almost lost my wife and kids, crazy shit.

Since this run is about to come to an end I was thinking yesterday I would like to see where I'm at on bench press. It really depended on if there was someone at the gym I felt comfortable spotting me...well I got lucky!! The kid I gave a ride home about a month ago was there...he was the only one there. I got 315 for 5...pretty easy, then went to 335 for 3...3 good ones, then 365...I GOT IT BROTHERS!! He talked me into trying 375...I didn't get it.(ah fuck...fucked up my font). He said in a month I should be able to get 405...I didn't say, "probably not bro bc I won't be on tren anymore"...just said, "we'll see." Lol I think I'm good for 375 though bc it was real close to lock out and I did do 9 reps with some pretty heavy weight (heavy for me) before trying it. So if I go by 375 that means I've put at least 60lbs on my bench (probably more like 70) this run...I'll take it!!!

The only thing that kept this workout from being close to perfect was the failed attempt at 375...so it was just a great workout.
