7Dog's Transformation/Test & Mast Cycle

It's funny cuz I can move weight but reps put me down. I can handle the heavy weights low reps all day but you put me on a 10 sets of 10 or anything over 15 reps and I'm down for a few days. That's why I started front squating. I've heard how it reduces pressure on the back and I thought I could do my reps on front squat and my heavy shit on back squat. But it hasn't worked out that way so far.

One of those workouts I didn't wanna end, the weight training part...cardio was agonizing especially the ladder. Sleep wasn't good last night and food intake yesterday wasn't anything special, same old same old. Don't know why I felt so good this morning.:confused:

I got some new kicks. They've got a wider heel, I'm hoping they will help me with squats.

The workout was ok...felt good there, feel like shit now. Trap bar deads super sets with pull ups are killers. I could do more pull ups...just basically doing em' for the stretch and to get better at em'. Shoulders were on fire, a lot reps...not a lot weight...the way I like to train em'.

I'm guessing there's about 5ml of tren left and I'm gonna finishing it. Today is 9 weeks total on tren (3 weeks 50-100mg EOD, 6 weeks 100mg ED) 14 weeks on test and the mast end last week. Throw in about 5 weeks of NPP. Gonna drop test down to 200mg EW now. So, I'll be wrapping this bitch up shortly.

dude crazy volume!! good work bro. be careful running NPP higher than test, libido problems potentially. how do u feel after 9 weeks on tren? havent run that yet..thinking of a tren/gh/mast/var lean bulk cycle..im not much into bulking, but running tren with anadrol seems tempting lol.

Thanks flexx. Yeah I know my volume is a bit stupid and really I've been cutting it down a little...recovering addict so it seems like its never enough. Libido crashed hard when I started take letro. I probably could have waited on the tren, but I'm not getting any younger...so fuck it. After 9 weeks of it I feel good, but here lately I'm up one day...down the next...heartburn is intense, but controllable...dreams are crazy every night...headaches come and go, they could be more stress rated though...cardio overall is not bad, but if I get my hr over 160 breathing is almost impossible.

Tren, gh, mast, var would be an amazing cycle.
 
Dude, I have been going through some family shit that took me out of the gym for a couple weeks. Almost lost my wife and kids, crazy shit.
I'm back in it though, and my family is still with me, so things are getting back to normal. How ya been? Other than all the great gains haha

Damn brother...that kind of shit is hard on everyone...glad ya got it workout though. I'm still alive...that's about it!!
 
Since this run is about to come to an end I was thinking yesterday I would like to see where I'm at on bench press. It really depended on if there was someone at the gym I felt comfortable spotting me...well I got lucky!! The kid I gave a ride home about a month ago was there...he was the only one there. I got 315 for 5...pretty easy, then went to 335 for 3...3 good ones, then 365...I GOT IT BROTHERS!! He talked me into trying 375...I didn't get it.:( (ah fuck...fucked up my font). He said in a month I should be able to get 405...I didn't say, "probably not bro bc I won't be on tren anymore"...just said, "we'll see." Lol I think I'm good for 375 though bc it was real close to lock out and I did do 9 reps with some pretty heavy weight (heavy for me) before trying it. So if I go by 375 that means I've put at least 60lbs on my bench (probably more like 70) this run...I'll take it!!!

CONGRATS on the PR. Nothing better than pushing up more weight. Makes me feel like the Hulk...on roids! Also i dont think im ready for your log to end any time soon. Its one ov the best on here.
