Thinking about taking albuterol for weight loss. I read taking Benadryl at night helps the albuterol work better. Does anyone have any insight on this and how and what mg I should run it at? Thanks

Yes just trying to get more input
I am new to all of this that's why I am asking for input just trying to loose this last little bit of weight I have.No need to take any sort of anti histamine with Albuterol because the rate of B-receptor downregulation is much slower compared to Clen (this is where ketotifen becomes a good idea).
I personally went with 6mg 2x day and found that it stays effective for about 4-6 weeks. Be aware that it is NOT as good a thermogenic as Clen BUT it is better than Ephedrine...which does open up a lot of possibilities when it comes to stacking it (depending on how creative/intelligent you are).
Week 1-3 6mg 2x a day
Week 4 off
Week 4-7 6mg 2x a day
What do u guys think?
I've taken Albuterol for about a week now and worked my way up to 9mg per day. It's a much lower dose compared to what you plan on running but my hands have been shaky and I feel really amped on just that little dose. I like it so far and look a little bit leaner since I started taking it. Planning on upping my dose to no more than 12mg. per day.I started to day and I took 4mg in the morning afternoon and night. I was a little jittery but nothing I couldn't handle. My resting heart rate was 98bpm at one point though

So even though I took 12mg yesterday u think I should lower the dose? With any fat burner, I like to start at the lowest dose and gradually build up. This is especially true with Alb or Clen as starting low will minimize down regulation of the beta recpetors and you can use it longer.
As stated with the short half life of Alb you can you it longer without down regulation concerns.

I am going to do 25-50 mg of Benadryl at bed time to help with down regulation. What are ur thoughts on that?My comments were in general but since you're at that dose I don't see why you would go backwards now. You can rotate between 2 weeks on Albuterol and 2 weeks on Yohimbine HCL to keep from down regulation.

I started yesterday and I am doing 4 mg every 4 hrs, 8,12, and 4. I did decide to get ketotifen. And I will be adding in t3 In about 3 days.Benadryl is not effective for this. You need to use ketotifen for this purpose.
1mg, ketotifen, an night, before bed.
I now use albuterol exclusively, i dont touch clen anymore. Once i tried albuterol the reduced side effects won me over. It is less effective than clen for fat burning but the sides are so much easier to manage it is totally worth it.
Also always use the lowest effective dose and dont go with these re arranged or scheduled dosage increases. All that does is cause you to unnecessarily use more albuterol. If it is working at a dosage of 6mg why then increase it to say 12 ? Especially when you incorporate ketotifen. Keto allows you to continue to use responsible doses of albuterol effectively.
