Albuterol

Thinking of running some with my next cycle but don't really want to stack since I'll be trying out a new compound. Next cycle probably at the end of next month. Thoughts on running alone? I mainly want to see how I feel on it. If I get some weight loss then all the much better. I'm really sick of the fat on my hips. I know I know. No spot reduction but I also know when I get small enough I lose from there. The older I get the harder that is tho and would welcome an assist.
Concerns:
I do have a heart murmur - leaky aortic valve with regurgitation but my resting heart rate is about 50 and my BP at last measurement was 113/65. It's been low my whole life. The murmur is new so it's not related.

Thoughts?

Albuterol is a nice aid but thats all it is. Just gives u a slight edge. I like it much better than clen. I see nothing wrong with trying it out. i take 2 doses per day when I am using it. The highest I have ever gone s 18mg/day. 2- 9mg doses but I normally never go above 12mg/day. 2-6mg doses. Id start out at like 3mg and go from there. Also you should run it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off or get some ketotifen and take 1mg ketotifen at night before bed. This prevents b2 receptor down-regulation and keeps the albut effective at reasonable dosages.
I too have had a heart murmur all my life. It comes and goes in my case. Never had any issues taking either clen or albut.
 
I would rec keto with the clen or albut if you use it. but personally i would use cation with any stims or the use Clen if you have heart issues (new OR old)
albut is a great compound, it adds an edge to fatloss and it's very useful , but i would focus mostly on diet whether you use it or not.

I don't know if albuterol would be worth the possible risk if you have heart issues. Definitely keep it low dose to see how you feel... I'd be worried about it exacerbating the issues without you really knowing it as well.

2 mg ( half a tab ) at a time to start would be best. I take mine with caffeine for synergy. I don't like going past 12mg a day if I'm using other stuff with it. Morning, noon and preworkout.
 
Hmm...anytime you have a pre-existing condition that may be exacerbated by the use of stimulants, I personally think its best to play it safe and avoid them - especially when its not really "needed".
 
I really like Albuterol. In your condition and the little fat you have left. I'd skip it. I personally find 4mg more than enough. I can't see going over 8mg, that's very high for a female.

And truthfully, your next cycle will take care of you. I think you should wait it out and just enjoy your upcoming cycle as it will be a good one! If you find there is still more, then I would incorporate Albuterol in your last 4 weeks as a finisher ( no need for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off like clen) I never had an issue.

I'm glad I finished reading all the posts before I replied. If you are trying a new compound already on your next cycle, why not wait and see what happens. You might not need the Albut. Even if you thought you did, I would still say no with the heart. @Wendylifts your a smart, hard working girl! Everyone here followed your log and seen this first hand. I know with all of us supporting you and throwing ideas out during your next cycle, you will hit and surpass your goals!
 
Great advice everyone. Thank you all for your thoughtful responses! I'll hold off on the albuterol. I hate the "D" word (no, not that one) but will get super focused on diet next cycle. :)

Good girl, keep us posted on what your diet will look like so we can help. I have a great carb cycling platform you can change to your intake and macros is your interested in seeing it. I took of 16lbs in about 1.5 months with good cardio and weights.

I'll get it together over the weekend and send you a PM with the info. Can you try to get your intake together for me? Pro/fat/cals/ carbs, we will need to fix it more once you figure out your training schedule. You daily food and meals are dependent on what muscle groups are worked. I loved it. It will only be a rough draft until you set your actual entire program up.

Sweet!! 140 P, 123 C, 39 F. I train 5 days/week. Usually after work. During the weekends in the morning. I'm following Layne Norton's strength and hypertrophy plan. Bench and squat 3x/week and deadlift 3 2xweek

I'll get everything together this weekend doll and pm you after the Holiday. I'll throw in my training routine as well. I think I have a few good exercises to help what you see as a problem area. I will need your weight as well to figure out your cal deficit. It's all based on what muscle you work as to what you eat. Big muscles, like back are high carb days, small muscle groups, like tris, bis and calves are lower carb days. You won't be hungry either.

Note: notice I said what you see as a problem area. LoL

No doll, I'm not married haha, but I am in a relationship with the worst kind. A Crossfit instructor lol Most men know it's not good to disagree when a women says there is a "problem area!"

Sure lady, I will send you a copy of the diet plan I have loaded right now. It's what used from June 17th until last Saturday.
