Posted this topic title just to get everyones intitial attention but I do also think it's partly true that yankee doodles all live life to excess and are greedy, however, my real reason for posting this thread was out of sheer jealously at the pure diversity and accessibility you all have to quality global fast food cuisines on every street corner.

Depends. If you think bulking is an excuse to eat junk food, but if you consider it as quality mass and strength gaining phase, then it's actually very bad approach.

Judging by what professional athletes say, weight gain is a lot of work. Therefore, where there is discipline and a clearly scheduled diet, this is work and a lot of work.
