Not taking sides, but didn't @Nela order from a country where it is openly stated that there would be no reships should a pack get seized?
Shitty situation of course... but with all due respect the terms of the agreement were set up from the start.
It appears that the real issue here is how much this rep has actual power to do anything, other than just words of reassurance... if he made a promise that he cannot keep, then why is he here?
I just want the true issue to remain in focus because you knew the risks involved @Nela, however, the rep did make you a promise.

Considering placing a order......I don't like shipping international, but soo many of these domestic UGLs have trash Tren-Mast-Orals.....

This was my first international order and except for the tracking number issue it was smooth sailing. They updated me on the lack of tracking number as soon as it shipped but supposedly have that corrected now so I wouldn't worry too much bro.

Correct.I have all the power as I'm the eyes ears and am the one in charge of the web.I did everything one can do besides smuggle it myself in a boat to his country.Did reships.Tried different things so I did what I told him I would do as far as going the extra distance.I really have no control over his packs getting snagged.That is out of my control completely.
I say this because I know every pack we send out is packed perfectly with protection to the products as well.
Anyone who ever got a pack from us can say it was packed right.Nothing would make our packaging suspect.
Matter of fact there is probly a pack still coming to him anyways one of the reships.

My order was packaged awesome. Haven't run it yet so we'll find out how well the product is.
I will say this. I received my package from AE. Balkan Var all UPIC codes checked out.
Now for the process. It took a few days to be update to payment received then another few days to be shipped. Once it was shipped it got to me in a decent amount of time considering the time of year.
So my experience was good.

Being that it was international, everything arrived in a timely fashion. I did receive a tracking # and it was updated regularly.
When I sent the payment, it sat there for a few days. And then another few days for it to be shipped. And then another few days for the tracking # (if I remember correctly). Being that it was international, I was trying not to think about it too much since I know it takes time.
Everything I ordered arrived safe and sound. Whomever packed it did a good job and was careful to protect everything.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Vials were very "safe" during transport. Very much appreciated and haven't seen any other vendors take this much care with packing. Not sure if it's AE or the way all SP Labs oils come but it is assuring knowing they ship this way.
They ran out of some things that I ordered and paid for but made everything more than right before shipping out to me.
