Anadrol 50 cycle detailed research log

Prologue
Anadrol, also known as oxymetholone, A-Bomb, anabol or many other names is a steroidal compound used to treat osteoporosis. This illegal anabolic drug is going to be used on a healthy 19 years old male with 14 months of lifting experience. During this period, the male has used 25mg of Turinabol for 7 weeks yielding roughly 8-10 pounds of lean muscle mass. Noticeable strength increase has been achieved and kept for this first mild cycle. Four months later, a 12 weeks Ostarine and Ligandrol cycle has been ran at 40mg and 12mg respectively. This last cycle has produced about 16 pounds, about 10 pounds of which were kept after a recomp. The subject has been off anything for 8 weeks.

Subject informations prior to cycling
Nineteen years old male with 14 months of lifting experience with a clean diet in the past 12 months. Knows how to bulk, cut and recomp with proper macro management for himself. Ectomorphic type weighing 153 pounds at ~8% bodyfat and 5’8 tall. Prior to lifting, subject was 120 pounds and couldn’t bench 95 pounds. His lifting stage is pre-intermediate to intermediate as his progress is slowing down quite a bit and he knows a to properly train. Sleep will be decent for the first 3 weeks but will be under 8 hours and over 5 hours for the rest due to college. Bloods were taken without any signs of cholesterol, low testosterone or any other issues. Blood pressure is within the normal range or slightly lower.

Best Lifts
Benches 195 pounds, squats 245 pounds and deadlifts 385 pounds. Lifts are raw. Subject started powerlifting training style since about 8 weeks and used to seek for the pump rather than progressive overload before. He is also weak by nature and has noticed his strength plateauing more and more.

The Research
The compounds

The male will be eating 3500 calories or above everyday. Breakfast is going to be 3-4 eggs with 2 sausages, 2 pancakes or 1 grilled-cheese and 1/3 of a cup of oatmeal. Dinner is going to be chicken with rice and vegetables served with 1 cup of milk. A shaker with milk will be served prior to training with some pasta, sauce and cheese. A meal right before bed is also going to be served consisting of fish with rice and vegetables. Subject will eat these meals for the duration of the cycle without much changes. Water intake is going to be controlled to about one and a half gallon. Intermittent fasting might be used on the Saturday from 6pm to 10am to reset carb tolerance. Subject found that useful with his body type as he could get used to a 5000 calories diet and maintain same weight.

Training
Subject will use a powerbuilding type of program using a PPL scheme twice a week. Concurrent periodization will be applied increasing sets weekly. Deloads will not be performed. Main lifts will be performed twice a week and using variations to work on weaknesses. Explosiveness off the chest, upper pecs, ATG squats, quads, explosiveness off the ground on deadlift, upper back and arms are the focus of this cycle.

Goals
No bodyweight goals are wanted. Leanness and a fuller look are the only aesthetic goals. A bench press of at least 225 pounds at RPE 9 is wanted, so are a deadlift of 405 and a squat of 315 at the same RPE.

The start
Day 1
Subject ate the breakfast wrote above and took 25mg of Anadrol post meal. Slight temperature increase which could also be lead to the big breakfast he wasn’t used to in his recomp leading to this cycle. No stomach, liver or kidney pain. The male ate everything as mentioned above and took another 25mg of oxymetholone 30 minutes as a pre-workout. No pain where experienced in the first day.
 
Day 2
Subject ate the breakfast wrote above, took 25mg of Anadrol post meal with 20mg of Nolvadex. The protocol for the Nolvadex will be 20mg every other day. Temperature increase noticeable again. Subject doesn’t know it’s link but assumes it’s his body digesting the hormone or the bigger breakfast. He is also far thirstier potentially from the sausages which makes it so that the breakfast has far more salt in it. Subject went to the gym for only 40 minutes an hour after taking the second half of the 25mg. Intensity was through the roof, strength seemed normal maybe a little higher, endurance seemed much more there. Pumps were crazy but this could have been caused by the really short rest time. Subject also went after drinking and smoking marijuana. Mind muscle connection seemed there. Subject weighed in at 156 pounds.
 
Day 3
The male noticed a pump in his upper chest at wake up, and his arms seems slightly bigger and more pumped. Subject is still thirsty throughout the day, more than usual. Appetite seems to have increased a tiny bit since day 2 as well. Slight pain in the stomach area not really related to Anadrol use. Body temperature seems higher as well. When entering the blood stream, subject felt physically energized especially in the legs. Today was legs and shoulders as subject snapped something in his lower back last weekend, he couldn’t perform squats, deadlifts or any overhead movement. Shoulders went well, subject used 60 pounds dumbbells for 8 repetitions easily for 2 sets and tried the 65s for the first time ever. Subject managed to do 5 repetitions despite a fail start at first so he probably could have done 6-7 reps. Important to note that prior to this the male was only able to get 6 hardcore repetitions and needed a lift off with the 60s. Next week, the goal will be 8 repetitions if still following the bro split due to persistent lower back pain. Subject also experienced really good pump for legs. To sum up, stronger than usual and a good pump. Subject also weighed in at 158 pounds which matches the heaviest he has been at the end of last bulk.
 
The subject is far too young to be using any AAS as far as this reader is concerned.

There was also no mention of Testosterone being used? The subject will be sorely disappointed when this is all said and done.

But, with logs being sacred and all, this reader will stop there and just say this.

The subject should abort this fruitless endeavor and do much, much more research.

i had to read his stats a couple of times to make sure i wasn't just seeing things as i glossed over this nonsense.

He's a couple inches taller than i am and about 50lbs lighter! :eek:
i'm not big, by any means, as far as i'm concerned, which means this dude is a living, breathing, walking stick figure!

Idk if this means anything, but I always do this. I take his weight - 153 lbs - and divide it by his height - 68 inches - which equals 2.25. Then I take that number and multiple it by my height - 73 inches. Which gives me 164.25 lbs. I can't even imagine that weight on me. Lightest I've been in years was 199 and I was shredded up. Natural too though. Don't think I could get below 210 now without losing muscle.

I can't see why any test subject, especially this one, would not only take an oral only cycle, but take it to achieve a 2 plate bench Press for a 1RM.
And he wants to add 70lbs to his Squat!?
I guess people do say they add 50 lbs to their bench after a cycle, which sounds incredible to me, because I'm thinking they went from 365 to 405-415 in 1 cycle. But in reality they went from 135 to 185 :rolleyes:
 
Benching 195lbs but starting anadrol ffs. No test? Oh wait, the 195lb bench was after running tbol? C'mon kid, don't do this to yourself. You've got your whole life ahead of you to get big/strong. If he keeps this up he'll be saying "the decedent" to describe himself in 3rd person!
