@demon first off I love all the questions and I’ll try to answer them all thoroughly.
Time frame between photos 22 months, 236 on the left, 220 on the right. I’m a firm believer that running will keep you lean, and your heart healthy. I believe running and resistance training + PED’s is the perfect way to achieve the look that I’m after. I take 25-37.5 mics or t3 year round. I also use Cardarine in fat loss phases. My first cycle I didn’t count a single calorie, I just stopped eating only fast food. I could easily eat 7-8 McDoubles per day, 12 packs of tacos from Taco Bell and a ton of pizza that’s basically all I ate. I switched to a very strange but clean diet. Basically made everything into shakes. Rice and protein shakes, meat shakes ground beef and rice. Top sirloin I would eat regularly, but I preferred to drink every meal. Also blended a lot of spinach and blueberries.
I was also drinking every day up to a liter of tequila. I stopped drinking for two months before my first blast and starting running and lifting everyday. It was hell but I pushed through it. The worst psychological pain I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Everything hurt all the time.
