Hell yes bro! I’m actually going to do a few 10 miles hikes in Hawaii. Also bringing the shoes, maybe some long evening runs! I actually completely came off all gear, not even test right now. Partially the reason I haven’t been posting much.

I’m going to take one shot of Test U before I leave, prob 250 mgs

Labs came back better than I expected everything’s green, hdl is 44

wow 44 is great! By chance were you taking cardarine? It always improves my hdl when I use it.

Absolutely. I would take it year round but I’m slightly paranoid so I throw it in a few months at a time then pull it. Not sure if I’ve told you this but there’s a guy I know that’s been taking 20mgs a day for 9 years and has the best lipid panel I’ve ever seen.something like 60 HDL 52 LDL

love the stuff as well for cardio and hdl enhancement. I usually take it for 3 months and then take a break.
 
A lot of HDL talk here. You're lucky if it's naturally high. Little evidence that moderately increasing HDL per se improves outcomes. Same for naturally high HDL; little evidence that lowering it by whatever means is harmful. You're just lucky if it's naturally high.

I would love to see some studies linked, that’s an extremely bold statement.

I have read a few studies that suggest that HDL doesn’t matter as much. Pointing at having an LDL out of range is truly the cause for heart disease and having a high hdl as well as high ldl had a similar mortality rate as those with low hdl and high ldl.

My point, ldl matters more but hdl should still be looked at

Yeah, there was a point where I was running a 10k every day before work for like close to a year straight. I wasn’t always big, but I’ve always ran. My background is really more distance running than bodybuilding, but I’m not sure if you know my background, but there was a while, where I was drinking and fat as hell And decided to run a cycle and kind of just blew up
 
After I read about you drinking all your meals, I had to see what's up. Hawaii is great, but if you're going to go that far, you might as well go the SE asia for 20% of the price with 100% better people.

I was looking for sr9009 being used for endurance outside of lifting. What does it do for heart rate, and breathing for you? Any positives and negatives you can associate to just that and not the GW?

Looking huge btw for someone who can still get out and run.
 
How did joints, stamina... everything feel doing distance runs on low dose test prop with slightly higher Mast? Im thinking of doing exactly that as a fat guy who runs and other cardio

First off thanks for the compliment it means a lot to me. As for the SR it’s very fast acting so if I inject 30mgs I only feel it for about 4 hours, extremely expensive to run long term. 50$ a vial need to run at least 1cc a day. Dosed at 30mg/ml

Resting heart rate drops by roughly 12bpm while I’m on it, equivalent endurance benefit to GW run at 20mgs. I believe it to be less risky than GW long term just based on its mechanism of action, it also seems to be very glucose sparing. I notice on GW it will flatten me out but I can stay very full on SR.

SR seems to be slightly liver toxic I pulled labs on 30mgs after having baseline ast/alt values and by changing nothing except adding SR in for 30 days the values increased by roughly 25% still within range tho.

Would love to travel to somewhere in Asia eventually once my kids are a little older. Hawaii was basic just like LA but an island.

I never have joint issues no matter what my dose of mast is. With the lower test I just notice the calf and shin pumps aren’t too bad. Typically I’ll get excruciating pumps for the first mile, and by 1.5 miles they seem to subside. On a gram of test my legs just go numb the pumps are so bad when I run. I try to just go as far as I can until I legitimately can’t feel the ground in that situation.

My knees on the other hand prefer when I’m under 220 but optimal like 205 I’m just not ready to downsize I want to keep growing. I have been doing a lot more long walks lately, like 5-8 miles when I have time.
