Here’s my total testosterone and free testosterone from 600 test 10 days into the blast. Sustanon is definitely doing its job, the test e in mct definitely metabolizes pretty quick, probably why I’m getting constant erections already lmao

Daily inj, and what's your estrogen on 600mg? On 250TC with inj mon and thursday my E is 40.
 
Nice man! I see a lot of guys that like sust combined with test-e. What’s the even fit you’re finding from it?
I just like the idea of 5 different esters releasing at different intervals. I feel good all the time lol Not sure if there’s any benefit to just running e or c. Just a preference

I just wanted to asses my total levels and get them to 4500 so I can just work off this. My e2 usually sits around 60 on 500 test 1.5 adex a week. So I can adjust my ai to 1.75 adex per week and I would assume it would be close to that.

Not worried about health markers right now as they’re going to be skewed, just wanted to see the total, boners are absolutely explained. Like I wake up at 3 am to pee and have to go in the bathtub because I can’t get it down, it’s that bad.

Ah gotcha, I don't run full panels until I'm several weeks into a cruise. I usually only run TT FT or E2 on cycle. Yeah those boners make it tough to piss in the middle of the night lol!

I’m already slightly regretting breaking my health phase but I’ll just continue for longer duration when I’m back. My body temp is pretty high and the pumps have been insane dude
 
237 today, full as a fucking house although I’m a bit watery and less separated I’ll take it! My shoulders make my biceps look so fucking small and they’re a little over 18 inches rn. Still working on fixing that. Also don’t know how to pose my left shoulder properly or just how to pose in general definitely need work in that department as well. Roughly 10 pound difference since my last physique update

Hit biceps hard as fuck went heavier than normal, slightly less volume.

Seated Incline curls:

35x10 (5 sets)

Hammer Curls

45x10 (5 sets)

Ezbar curl:

75x10 (3 sets)

Had a nutty pump so I did some laying skullcrushers with the 35s. 4-5 sets to failure 15-20 reps per set
 
Shoulders. I always keep it so simple.

Side laterals heavy partials

35x20 3 sets

Lateral Raise

22.5x20 4 sets

Bent over rear delt flys

15x20 5 sets (super slow on the decline)

I don’t train front delts every because they are over developed from bench press
 
dropping back down to trt starting to feel pretty tired everyday. To me this is a sign I didn’t take enough time off, and pushed things to high to soon. On a positive note I’ll be running again in the next few days

Probably won’t be doing any impulsive mini-blasts for a while. I miss my morning runs, and being tired all the time sucks

I usually just run 120 test 80-100 mast but I’m thinking just 120-150 test till summer. A real nice break.

I’m still going to run fast acting insulin pwo haha

As long as you’re careful and regularly check your bg, it’s wonderful. People have issues when they use it wrong. It makes me insanely full, better pumps faster recovery. Just can’t really eat fat when using it in my opinion
