Yeah everything is good here. Gyms opened here on Monday and mine is pretty empty. Sat around, got fat and lazy so now I'm hitting it.
 
Agreed. That’s a great cycle. Ran it in the winter. Added Anadrol in last 3 weeks at 75mg/day. Really liked overall results achieved with this cycle.
Yeah you should be able to do anything on that cycle, whether it be growing( I hate the term bulking, recomp or cutting. To me it's a good all around cycle. Moderate dosages and you can adjust the test.
 
Lifting results 9 weeks in (500mg test) and 11 days in (50mg Anavar):

With only another 3.5 weeks to go on my blast. Achieving my strength goals is looking doubtful. I am considering extending a couple weeks unless you guys think it is a bad idea health wise.

Lifting Goals:
  • 3 plate bench for triples - This was my biggest goal
  • 80kg (176lbs) overhead press for 5
  • 4 plate squat for a single
  • 220kg sumo deadlift for a triple
Current Numbers
Flat Bench:

130kg (286lbs) for 3 Reps x 5 sets
12kg (26lbs) added to my bench 8 weeks into my blast. Not as good as I had hoped to be honest.

Incline Bench:
100kg (220lbs) x 8 Reps x 3 sets
12kg (26lbs) also added to my incline bench 8 weeks into my blast. Again a bit disappointed.

Squat:
155kg (342lbs) x 3 Reps x 5 Sets
20kg (44lbs) added during my 8 week blast.

Overhead Press:
70kg (155lbs) x 6 Reps x 3 Sets
10kg (22lbs) added in 8 week blast

Conventional Rack Pull (Below Knees):
190kg (418lbs) x 6 Reps x 3 Sets
30kg (66lbs) added in 8 week blast

Sumo Deadlift:
In 2 Days
Projecting 200kg x 3 Reps x 3 Sets
If achieved will be a good improvement of around 40kg (88lbs)

As you will note I have gained about 22lbs on all my pushing movements with better results on squats and deads. I was really hoping to achieve the following goals by the end of my blast but it is looking doubtful.

At the moment it looks like the overhead press and Sumo deadlift could be achieved with the other two looking challenging/doubtful.

Any advice?

I've run var for seven weeks before. If I remember correctly I did four weeks at 50mg and three at 75mg. If you feel okay another two weeks to hit your goals isn't a big deal in my opinion. Up your calories a little as well to boost strength. Up your training volume towards the end of the blast, deload the beginning of the very last week and test maxes at the end of the week.

I am feeling pretty beat up I must say. I did rack pulls (below the knee) today and did 3 sets of 190kg (419lbs) and man it fried me. I couldn’t do more than 190kg for 3 reps on Sumo after and it was gane over. It is a new PR on rack pulls however.

I am leaning more towards extending after your advice. Might bump up the Var also.

Feeling lethargic on cycle can mean many things. For me high doses do that I start lower the doses and I feel better. Kidney are under to much stress or liver Is a big sign of lethargy. That's why many feel better when off. Lower the dose ur body is telling u.
Also everyone is different 1000mg of test for some they feel great others 500 maybe to much. Listen to your body. Also you will get better results when your body is happy.
 
It is my finisher of choice. It never really feels like a kick in. It just produces great results stacked with tren!
 
Anavar is called the bitch steroid for a reason its rather weak and tame compared to most. You won't notice it kick in but you generally feel like you have more energy but you'll notice over the weeks that you start getting a nice lean look to yourself almost as if a layer of water is thinning above the muscle.

Nice. I was actually going to start a thread asking your opinions on var. This thread helped me sort out my next move. I was planning on grabbing some var, and I actually ran var and other orals in the past. I remember tbol being superior overall than var. I’m talking greatly superior In strength, fuller and harder. Recently, I have been craving to run either var or tbol. I would run tbol in a heartbeat again @60-80mg a day for 8 weeks, but I know the toll it has on the liver and at my age, I’d rather not take that beating anymore. I was going to grab some Var, but after this thread, my senses are coming back to me lol. It’s expensive and from what I remember does little.

I got nothing from Tbol. Anavar gets me strong as funk.

Var did get me strong, not as strong as tbol. I needed to run it at 80mg a day for me to see the strength. Plus, last time I ran it, I remember the lethargy I got from it was unreal. At work, I needed 2 or 3 Red Bull’s just to stay focused. [emoji2357]. So you guys recall lethargy from Var? It didn’t really cut me up honestly, I was expecting a lot more fat loss from it. Although, I know the fat loss is done in the kitchen regardless what/ or even if your on.

I have felt a significant amount of lethargy on my blast. Napping all the time etc.

I only just started adding back in the Anavar again and I already feeling more sleepy.
 
I was considering T-bol but idk now with all the mixed reviews I’m seeing. I have the MPB gene. So that’s why I was considering to begin with.

For me dht derivatives make me feel a little euphoric like in a really good mood! You may need to address your diet if you are feeling lethargic. Var makes like bounce back quick. Once I go harder I need more to recover
 
I've hit all my best PRs on Anavar starting at 40mg and never higher than 75mg. Strength is great on it, never really noticed any size increase or fat burning effect. A little more noticeably vascular on it even when not that lean.

I was strong as hell on var as well. I just don’t understand the lethargy from it. It seems like I’m not the only one that has issues with this. I love Masterone, and it’s actually a staple mine being a dht derivative. I wish I could justify buying var again.. I want too, but I just can’t pull the trigger again.
