Leader position by score, time, or both?

Are you dropping to 210 or 215 lb?

Wonderful optimization problem, isn't it?
Leader position by score!

No…I’m dropping to the 250s though :) or wherever I end up shredded lol.

It is, and it’s a cool change of pace from what I’m used to. Sometimes just lifting things bets boring so being able to work towards a different fitness goal is cool.

It's on!

I like/terrified of that scary place to make you feel alive. Like passing the 10 min plank mark and staring into one's soul.

One of the things I loved so much about when I was an endurance athlete. That place in a race when every single other thought fades away and it’s just you, each step, and pain.

Use chalk brother, I don't want it to be any excuses once I cross the 3 minutes myself :P
(Won't happen anytime soon, moved to a new country and started a new job which is what I wanted but is.. Challenging to say the least)

But I still train, not as much as I would love to right now, but still keeping those muscles!

Alright gentlemen.

So decided to get very clean bloods today as a baseline for some experiments I’m running as a judge of kidney and liver health. 3 rest days running into bloods, and a full 5 days since my last pull exercise.

Light warm up, nothing but the hang, no chalk. Quite knurled bar though this time which definitely helped quite a bit.

189 seconds x 219 / 1000 for a grand total of 41.31.

If I had to guess about 1/3rd of the improvement was rest, 1/3rd was the bar, 1/3rd was just doing a hang each workout. (Not peer reviewed data)
