Anti-catabolic supps used on pct

Its that time again, Im midway through my pct and I have to start wearing hoodies to the gym to hide gains that I am losing. My question, aside from food, what can I take while on pct/after to prevent my muscles from being eaten up. I've been looking into sarms and peptides. I Can't afford growth hormone.
Last cycle I ran clen after and had success retaining mass and leaning out at a huge calorie deficit, but after recent research online I've discovered clean anti parabolic properties are most likely bull.
All I have currently is to start loading creatine, and I'm eating like a pig, more so then on cycle, in hopes I can bulk/bloat up and retain size.
 
Instead of asking what to take to stop losing muscle on PCT, you should be asking why are you losing muscle on PCT.
Everyone loses muscle on PCT it's just a matter of how much you lose, spiked cortisol, you have almost zero nitrogen retention in your muscles, muscles will be consumed no matter what. Why I'm asking what can I take to help prevent this and retain more if my weight.

20mg clen for 2 weeks after pct and low dose FAST ACTING insulin AFTER your high protein/LOW FAT dinner. Insulin + fat= no bueno

No, not everybody loses muscle on PCT. that's a ridiculous thought. PCT has higher than natural levels of testosterone usually...

Either your training or nutrition are off if you're losing muscle like that during PCT.

Clen and insulin IN MODERATION is my preferred bridge compounds. Clen will help me hold on to the gains while dropping some of the fat that really matters. The extra boost in insulin will fill them guns up WITHOUT suppressing the hpta. Creatine etc etc is a plus

That's why I don't go above 205. I hate how hard is to keep the gains on that level. And having to deal with the blood pressure and excess weight year round suck. I'm happy with my keepable 205. That way nobody will think I contracted the bubonic plague or some sort of terminal illness when I lose the weight

Insulin is almost entirely useless (exogenous insulin) without the use of exogenous GH.... But, you wouldn't know that.

People lose some glycogen and water retention and think their muscles are WASTING away off cycle... It's not as easy as people think it is to "dissolve" skeletal muscle tissue.

- 20mg clen = most likely dead
