Any one use ems machines?

im not talking about the bollox get rock hard abs in just 7 days!!! Belts you buy off the shopping market channels but the proper machines like 100 quid odd with the individual pads etc Philip Heath uses them constantly do they actively help with repair work etc what's the pros and cons of them? Thanks guys

Yer!! You can buy them for home use the proper ones not the stupid cheap belts but the proper ones I just wanted some info on pros and cons of them etc because like you just said doctors etc use them
