Aromasin aka exemestane and Arthitis?

Aromasin list it's side effect profile of having joint and muscle stiffness and pain but can taking it lead to possible "Arthitis"? I popped two 25mg pills like a complete idiot and now my joints feel like they are inflamed in my knees elbows and hands - can somebody please tell me that this shit does not lead to long term arthritis

I popped that shit cuz I got breast swelling - it has a long half life taking at least 1 week to kill estrogen. Taking two 25mg pills was quite possibly one of the dumbest things I've ever done
