Growth hormone

I didn't say your sleep isn't fine, I said that THC diminishes REM, which doesn't mean your sleep wont subjectively feel non restorative, but rather, that most notably memory consolidation wont be optimal. But diminished rem sleep can cause other issues too: poorer emotional control, potential cognitive issues, etc. I suggest you give this some research if you're interested.

Ofc individual variability applies, some will be worse off then others and the amount of thc consumed as also the timing of it.

Great that you have hupA in your stack. Most Heavy cannabis smokers should benefit from acetylcholinesterase inhibitors added to their stack.
Appreciate your input

Ive seen some great write ups about cutting on GH with fasted cardio. I’m mostly interested in the lipolytic effects. I have some obnoxious visceral fat from drinking multiple sodas a day for over a decade.

I’ll be doing a lot of walking and swimming this summer. Definitely going to be burning my calories. I’d love to throw gh in the mix if it will actually amplify the fat burning process. Diet and training are great now- just fighting many years worth of bad habits. The studies I’ve read can’t confidently say if it is or isn’t great at targeting the adipose tissue.

I’m certified in training and nutrition (not that it means much). So I understand the science of why it should work *in theory* , but I’d like to hear from more people who can vouch for it or not. Thanks dudes.

The "studies" on GH and it's lipolytic effects on the abdomen fat are pretty clear. GH and testosterone both inhibit an enzyme which is abundant in abdominal fat, that converts cortisone to cortisol. This is why low test and low gh lead to a greater accumulation of abdominal fat in proportion to other body areas. Ofc this is seldom seen as we age when our hormones decline.

The last one I read said that the older group of people put on more lean muscle mass and lost less fat than their younger counterparts. But they also dont typically pick healthy and active adults for these kinds of studies. I know a fat old guy is going to get way more out of optimized hormones than a healthy athlete.

The most shredded guys almost always have GH in their protocols. But half of the people online also say GH won’t do much except help you sleep better and grow shinier hair.

I guess I’m more specifically asking if anyone feels like it made a noticeable improvement in their cuts. Someone who is already healthy and doing the deal, not a skinnyfat guy from Reddit who is parroting what he saw other people say. (Not saying that’s you, but there’s plenty of them out there)

I’ll probably commit to a solid 3-6 months of TRT and GH later in the year with a big focus on cardio and endurance. Just trying to do all the research I can before I buy it since it’s a pretty penny.

Think I'm going to do a similar plan, and give Gh a go for 5 months or so. There does seem to be a large amount of benefits to it

I can honestly say that the sleep thing must be very person dependent because I never noticed anything better or worse with my sleep in all of my gh experimentation.

Same. Done a lot of different GH protocols, pharma/UGL, and never noticed a thing about my sleep quality. N=1 (or 2 I guess)

When on tren or any blasts, I'm extra mindful of sleep hygiene so sleep doesn't get fucked. Just never felt anything good or bad from GH (on sleep).

Studies on THC and reduced REM seem fairly consistent:

"Both drugs reduced eye movement density with some tolerance developing to this effect. Stage 4 tended to increase with drug administration"

"Administration of THC significantly reduced eye movement activity during sleep with rapid eye movements (REM) and, to a lesser extent, the duration of REM itself"

"The results of both types of experiments were consistent in demonstrating increments in Stage 4 sleep and decrements in REM sleep"

That said, THC helps me stay asleep through the night at times when sleep disruptions are expected (stress, tren, when traveling, etc.).
