A lot of these questions could be answered with a couple hours on google scholar.
My thoughts exactly. Lots of these are also user dependent. There's no secrets to fitness. Just fuckin do it and stick to it.

LC, my brutha... While the "answers" exist, there is more disinformation and than good information. You know this.... Have to filter the BS and biases (product endorsements, lying for ego etc. etc.).My thoughts exactly. Lots of these are also user dependent. There's no secrets to fitness. Chest has always been scientific in his approach with me personally, and I'm sure with all other responses as well. Truth be told, I rarely look at his log or his other clients, I just don't have the time as I'm pretty focused on my own goals. Obviously there are little nuggets of help I can find within them, I'd rather just let Chest explain to me our next steps, and help me understand the "why"....
If only it was as easy as a google search....
True
Maybe these questions aren't specifically for the person asking but for general knowledge and weeding out bro science. I know what dosages work for me, but clearly when there's guys here STILL wanting to run caber with tren and npp, without ever pulling bloods, then clearly there's still alot off broscience floating around. I've never needed caber, even with the most renegade cycle. And have blood work to show little to know changes. But still, even with the older members they parrot the caber bullshit.
With that being said.... my physique is nowhere near @ChestRockwell - I creeped your IG brother. Insane. And your girl's got some moves!! Was awesome.
Looking at his avi here, and his pics elsewhere he is YOKED. Unfortunately I still think the questions being asked here are still too broad. As opposed to him helping someone like you, who is already at the peak of his game, and chest will give you little pointers and what not, or major ones, to really dial things in.
First of all, thanks for the kind words - very much appreciated. My Missus is the true brains and brawn behind TSP, but let's keep that secret between us so I can continue to masquerade as an expert
As far as your suggestions, this is really a community decision and I'm happy to contribute in any way you guys see providing the most value to the community.
So these are great discussions, please continue deciding how any and all articles I write would benefit everyone the most.
How to handle 50 mg Sdrol sides?
Im in for all but the last 2 paragraphsI think an interesting topic to cover for a set of questions is longevity. With recent deaths in our community, Piana and McCarver, I would love to get some further info about things like:
How would you prolong your career/hobby and still achieve progress, yet mitigate risk as much as possible?
What do you believe is the most harmful drugs, in terms of longevity, and why?
What drugs yield the greatest "results" for the lowest risk?
Is hepatoxicity largely overstated in oral AAS? I've always believed high blood pressure -> kidney damage, or cardiovascular damage, is far riskier than liver damage, thoughts?
In terms of diabetes risk management, do you believe there is a certain threshold of GH usage where insulin actually becomes SAFER due to relieving stress on the pancreas?
Does blasting and cruising really make "more" sense for "lifers" than coming completely off? Does resetting your HPTA w/ HCG, Clomid etc. actually cause MORE stress on your body and but you in a catabolic state far worse than just "cruising" would?
What OTC or easy-to-acquire ancillaries do you like to run with your cycles, if any, to assist in negating some of the harmful effects of steroids, insulin, gh etc.?
What's a typical day for Chestrockwell?

I did a two-part guest spot that can be found here:
Got a chance to listen to these today while messing about at work. Surprised it was your first podcast bc you seemed to have a better handle on the flow than the host. Confirmed what I had a hunch about, that you were a Datbtrue contributor. That's (Dat) what sparked my interest and hobbyist into PEDs. Read a lot then pinned peptides for about a year. Then another year before wading into a cycle. I'm sure he got paid handsomely by his select sponsors.
Actually was routed to Meso through that stop.
I like best the idea of you choosing an article/topic and going didactic. Perhaps then answering some questions related to the article?
It's a great contribution and hugely appreciated/valued.
I spend waaay too much time lurking around here.
Datbtrue was how I learned about peptides. I tried the CJC1295w/o dac and GHRP6 way back in the day. Didn't notice much from it.
