I just want to say that I in no way am saying that the labs I mentioned have in any way ripped anyone off, nor am I saying to trust Astro. There is only one ugl that I have ordered from and at this point I am satisfied with the product. That being my first use I can't speak to the quality of it either, only that I received a product that had at least enough of what I ordered in it to see results. Coming to me for advice on who to go to would be a mistake.

Customer service isn't a bribe. It's more of a "sorry" for being late. Most people don't order their gear 3 days before a cycle, so one week t/a shouldn't be an issue. If it is, go somewhere else. ASTRO has said this himself.

Astro has been good to go for many occasions from me alone. Sources with quality are scarce. Ive learned to deal with minor hiccups such as long TA for reassurance of quality. And astro has always communicated. A lot of people expect to get magnificent A+ golden services through all realms, but in reality this is an illegal operation, the only thing that matters is your product is what you ordered and it arrives to you.

Crap I waited and waited and finally placed an order last month and still haven't gotten it. Astor told me it was lost or something and to email him back the next day for a tracking number. He still hasn't responded back from over a week. Asto what is up?

I'm not saying astro has turned scammer? My post was a reaction to reading the back and forth between astro and a couple of members. The way I read it was that astro was telling members that those that wait patiently....QUIETLY and patiently for their orders that are running late he would reward them with extra gear in their orders.
This happens all the time. However, what doesn't happen is for a source to come and post that those who are quiet and don't post their concerns and don't post that TA is off and communication is terrible to nonexistent and pretend that all is well will be pleasantly surprised when they finally do get their packs cuz the payoff for their not being vocal and for deceiving possible customers who read only past reports and reviews that tell a story of fast TA and decent communication that once was but isn't happening now.
Allowing members looking for honesty and the current state of affairs to have a false sense of security. Lets not mince words. You all are hoping to receive free gear in exchange for your compliance in helping to keep the truth from your fellow members.
Again, I'm not saying astro is planning on ripping people off. What I am saying is that astro once again shows his natural instinct to be shady and his being most comfortable being a wasel. What is wrong with being truthful about being concerned? About posting that things are different than they were?
If astro had moderator control over this thread who believes he wouldn't be editing at his leisure?

There is no denying astro has a long T/A, many times longer then he guaranteed. But from personal experience so do many other legit outlets. But I get your point on how he expresses himself and what leads to your opinion. I think in this game it all comes down to how you carry yourself through your communication. Because a lot of people in general are exposed to they're true colors, or rather potentiality via this outlet.
Again never have had issues with astro gear quality, in fact I want to say to this point has been some of the on point quality. Just my two cents.

If only i would've known this was gonna happen before hand. When i placed my order i had assumed i would've received my gear by now, as its been a week since the order was placed and funds were sent. Got a bit under 1/4 of a vial of prop at the moment. Dropped my dose down to about 140mgs a week so it looks like I've only got about a week and a half left in this vial. My original ugl seems to have gone off the radar so it looks as if i may be screwed.

Whos "complaining"? My concern isn't that i wont receive my gear, i know it will come eventually, my main concern is my test crashing. And i will agree with you on waiting for quality, i just wasn't aware that any extra waiting would be required.
Has anybody here been in a circumstance like this before? Any advice you would like to share? Been cruising on test since 09'. Don't think my balls got much in em anymore lol
Customer service is sticking to the stated turnaround time and immediately responding to issues, neither of which seem to be an astro priority. I'm not saying it doesn't happen; its just happens like the Lemmons on wolf of wall street.
