88 days post trt: saw the endo today. In his opinion he felt that once I’m done tapering subs that I should be good to drop everything. Now I’m not so sure if I should just maintain with either hCG and/or clomid till that time or see if my sub dose is low enough not to have an affect.
I didn’t mention the use of hCG and serms, so he said drop the trt when the subs are gone and test after 6ish weeks. He also examined my balls and was like “yeah you should have no problem with sperm,” apparently they measured out to ~25CC each, which is now double the size it was before. You hear that @T-Bagger my balls ain’t tiny anymore lol

For serms I’d say 4-6 weeks since they have a 5-7 day half-life.
More like Roma tomatoes lol.. Dr showed me how small klinefelters guys usually are and it was pretty small, like in the kid range and they’re very hard.

When people say length and girth they’re usually talking about their dick. The balls are measured by length x width x depth and multiply them together then multiply 0.71. That’s measured by ultrasound, by hand it’s usually measured with an orchidometer, endos and urologists maybe have them. Basically a bunch of oval wooden beads on a string.
Small would be <10cc/ml. Really small would be like 4ml, which is a peanut shell that formed with one nut, or half a normal shell. I knew my size on trt, but I don’t know what it was before.
My balls now are comparable to like a full peanut shell formed with 2 nuts (1 ball = around a full peanut shell, not as long but therefore bigger in diameter).
Anything else normal sized balls are comparable to?
Sounds stupid to ask but i have no clue on comparisons, and am thinking about it alot lately, and doctor testing takes a few more weeks for an appointment.
I can only measure them by length and well, how big the diameter would be, which would be around 1 inch in lengtg and a bit more than half a inch in diameter

Mine are like 6 cm length. They create 800 test naturally.

Hmm I guess norm could be compared to dates, like medium sized dates I guess, small would like grape size and less. 4cm length is normal, but you have to make sure you don’t count the epididymis, and when you’re doing it by hand the skin might add a little. The best way to measure is with the orchidometer. They sound like they’re probably in the normal range tho. You don’t want them too massive, huge balls, like significantly over 30ml is associated with fragile X syndrome.

Hmm I think a walnut would probably be normalish, maybe on the large side. A quick google search said walnuts are usually around ~4cm in length and ~3cm in width so yea I guess it works.

Like the shell picked off the tree or just the hard outer shell like what you buy at the store? Regular walnuts in the shell but not the green skin would probably be about right, tho I think usually balls will be more oval..
I think you can find a to scale orchidometer online that can be printed and compared. 25ml is half a shot glass so if you’re balls are tiny you’ll probably know. 25ml is a good size btw

Tomorrow (Monday) will be 28 weeks since my last trt shot. Was still maintaining on pct meds (I did switch to urinary hCG) as the endo said I should wait till I’m off suboxone but the dr that actually prescribes it told me my dose is so low it should no longer have a significant affect on hormone levels. So I’m planning on going off pct meds fully here soon, hopefully with success cause this shit is adding up in $$. I did have two less than stellar T results, 365ng, two days later 289ng, but
I was using ulta labs cheap $12.95 test, so three days later I paid $60 for the sensitive LC/MS and I was at 668.9ng. Besides the more sensitive test I had switched from powder/urinary hCG to recombinant hCG, but I had done only 1 shot 15 hours prior to the test, so unless they laced it with testosterone either the first two tests were crappy cheap inaccurate results, or the urinary hCG was weak idk. Today I busted 4-5 nuts, several I jacked off just so I could study lol.
