Balkan Pharmaceuticals/Sp Laboratory EU Domestic.

The unbroken vial (SP) does not have a serial number because of the oil that spread on the vial intact or at even intact there are no serial number?
Both have no serial number. Could the spilled oil have erased the serial numbers? Maybe... But rest assured that I won't inject that to find out if its legit.

sorry for the unpleasant situation, I certainly could not prevent such incidents, but I assure you that you will receive another product in return absolutely free.
@Bp-Sp Do you have an explanation for this, why there are not serial in vial ?
Thanks

@pwns Are you sure that it is not because of the oil that has leaked that you do not see the serial number of the vial? Because in general they all have a number like at Balkan Pharma. Can you send us a photo of the intact vial without its serial number. Thanks

Must have been the oil that erased the Serial number, happened to me once, luckly it was only 1 enandrol amp and the rest of the stuff was ok, I have always said that source needs to improve packaging to avoid this type of outcomes

Was it erased by the oil? I don't know.

The seller has contacted me to try to resolve the issue. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt, although when you're truly irritated and you get asked for your address for the third time, when it's two messages below in the same email thread the seller sent you... it's hard not to get even more upset and feel like they're messing with you.

Anyway, let's get to the point. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully, this situation can be resolved satisfactorily for both parties...

Was it erased by the oil? I don't know.
My friend in the first photo that you posted showing us the proof of a vial which broke on the way and which leaked oil on the number of
serial which makes it illegible, we can see at the top the intact vial which has its serial number (red arrow) erased by the oil but we can still see black ink on it... On the second photo that you put the vial intact (the one with the red arrow...) no trace of the ink that leaked. In my opinion it was the oil that erased the serial number on the first and second even if you also erased the serial number by trying to clean the vial because of the oil on it ;)

You're absolutely right, it looks like a very faint black smudge in the first photo. It probably got smudged by the oil and then it likely disappeared by cleaning the vial.

I agree that the communication is sometimes difficult, I also once received a wrong product on my first order. On the other hand, I always resolved it to my satisfaction, e.g. discount on next order. Codes always matched on the website for both SP and BP

The last time I wrote on the thread, I mentioned my case where the order had arrived in poor condition, with one item missing and a broken vial (with serial numbers erased by the oil).
However, after calming down, I contacted the seller to request the shipment, and he sent me the tracking number a few days later.
Today, I received the missing items from my order. Several points to note:
1º) The items from the order arrived in perfect condition this time.
2º) Regarding what I mentioned about the serial numbers on the vials, I confirm it was due to the oil. This one has the serial number and verification code intact.
I appreciate the seller's patience and effort to compensate for the initial shipment.
Despite initially being very reluctant to any future interaction with the seller, I believe that in the future, I will order from him again and recommend him to my acquaintances because he has proven to be reliable and take responsibility.
Thank you @Bp-Sp

@Bp-Sp is very professional, accommodating, serious and attentive to the customer.

I must disagree.
I submitted my order from the provided list, confirming the items' availability before proceeding with payment. The source assured me everything was in stock. However, after payment, he informed me he needed to visit the pharmacy to stock up and couldn't ship immediately, which was frustrating given their earlier assurance.

What was meant to be a single shipment turned into three: one for the available items, one for pharmacy items they needed to get themselves, and a third due to missing and incorrect items in the first shipment.

This seller's shipping practices are consistently subpar, leading to frequent errors. Whether it's negligence or intentional, the pattern raises concerns about their reliability and integrity.

If timely and accurate delivery is crucial for you, it might be best to steer clear of ordering from here. While you'll likely eventually receive your order, if urgency is a factor (eg needing anti-estrogens promptly) I recommend going with someone else.

Personally when I am in a hurry I do not order from any of my sources because we know that it takes a few days between sending the money and preparing the package. So I ask around (friends) otherwise I simply pay full price in pharmacies. To talk about speed, I don't think it takes the longest... I found it reasonable for the first package... (yes it can happen to make several packages) the main thing is that it here comes. For oversights, it can happen even if it is disturbing I admit, but there is a member here to who had this happened and the source sent him back the missing products.

@Bp-Sp can you address the situation? I see they don't list any steroids including Testosterone in their official website. It's safe to say, they have ceased the production of anabolics, I believe. So, do you have a leftovers of Balkan pharmaceuticals and what's in the future?
Interested in this question as well.
