Big boy Cycle

So I do see the hardening aspect of mast and winny. But Its gradual and light. It would be more noticable if I was less BF, Or in a couple weeks. I am 15 percent bf.

Mast works really well when bodyfat is lower than 8% same could be said about winni

My legs are getting bigger from all this. I like it alot. I am now crusing at 150 mg of test E per week. And getting bloods monday. I forgot my script monday and couldnt go. I was on my way and forgot it. I was pissed. So next monday! I hope everything is all good.

Tonight I did chest and back and shoulder....I weigh 230 lbs.

Chest(hypertrophy) 5 sets of 10-20 reps
Inner chest flys
Pec Dec flys
Chest press

Back(hypertrophy) 5 sets 10-20 reps
Upper back row hammer
Reverse pec dec flys
Lat pulldown
Upper back row machine

Shoulders (hypertrophy) 5 sets 8-12 reps
Shrugs hammer
Shoulder press sitting
Shouder press sitting different grip

My chest was still real sore from 2 days ago. But I was happy with my lifts lately. REally workng hard and eating a lot. I average. 280 protein, 400 carbs, and 60 fats.
 
O yea I am officially done with this cycle. I have been cruising on test E 150 for 5 days. I am staying like this for a while and going to take ralox again so my lumps go down. I hope it works.

In a couple weeks I will have Tren A and NPP.

I am going to do a Test and NPP cycle with no other compounds. Unless I add adrol but prob not. I feel I can bulk enough with npp and test. Test 700 and npp 700. 100 mg per day of each.

Then do a test and Tren cycle with no other compounds.

I look foward to this.

I said I was taking a break......I am not going to cycle right away. I am going to run my rallox with just 150 mg of test E. For months.

I am getting bloodworm monday. I will see how long I have to take off according to Alt AST, Cholest and etc.

I got myt bloodwork back.
Everything is goo. Test is in range. My Cholest is high but not too bad.

The only thing off is my AST and ALT they are 95 and 99.

So once those are back and I run my months of ralox for my nips.
I am going to do my NPP and TEST blast. I am going to save the tren for another time. I think 700 NPP and 700 Test is good enough.

So cant do legs for two weeks becasue of leg tattoo.

I did chest, shoudlers, and biceps today
Very slow reps, 15-20 reps.

I am getting anther tatto also :)/
 
I did hypertrophy back and triceps again. Well I am getting a tattoo on my right arm. I have to then wait for both to heal to workout. Looks like I am dealoading unfotunatly. But it might be a blessing in diguise.
