Big boy Cycle

So still cruising going to be 4 or 5 weeks. at 200 mg a week. My nipples are getting better from the Raloxifine I am taking and the low doses of test. also I am on top of my Adex. I am cutting at the moment and lost 7 lbs. I see more definition on my body and some people said the same thing the other day. So I am pumped for my next blast when my stuff arrives. Gioing to run raloxifine for about 3 more weeks then do a test and NPP blast with some Anadrol as a kickstart. 700 test pp and 600 mg npp, with 50 mg anadrol a day.

That will be 8 weeks off after a 20 weeks cycle. Which my bloods are going to back into good shape when this time comes. SO My liver and cholesterol will be in normal range which I am going to double check by getting bloodwork.
 
Igot my NPP and Tren and TPP/ Also my ralox and neeldles with filter. I will be starting my Test TPP and NPP 700 of each this weeked!!! That was a 6 week cruise. So not too bad. Also using 50 mg anadrol ed.
 
So If ur bloods are 100 percent you wouldnt cycle?
Give your body a break man, regardless of bloods... take it easy for minimum 3 months, but I would say 6 months at this point.

Keep training but EAT MORE! Your calories looked low. You would have a lot more mass on you with that cycle if you ate more then cut at the end

ok interesting......lol wellllllll i started my 10 weeker. Of NPP and Test E. I want a little more mass to me. Its going to be a lighter cycle.

I will be eating more cals this go around though. I guess? Even though I was gaining nicely.
 
Going to count calories this go around. Going to gym again, my tattoos are healed so they wont get damaged anymore. So Far by 12 oclock I ate

188 protein, 308 carbs, 160 fats, 3560 cals.......I am going to eat just protein basically and some carbs for rest of the day. I am going to keep cals at 4000 and then up it as I have too. I am going to do 350 protein, 400 carbs, 60 fats, 4000 cals. Or something close to that. I also am going to make sure I drink 1 and a half gallon of water a day. So Far I drank 8 16 oz waterbottles/cups
 
I pinned for the last 3 days 100 NPP and 100 TPP. Also took 60 mg ralox and .5 mg of adex eod. I am also taking 3 pills of niacin ed.
 
Final macros for today. I am not eating this much fat anymore buttt

4975 Calories....378 protein...346 carbs...204 fats...70 saturated 130 unsat....

So I will be eating like this for now on.

I did a 2cc pin of NPP and TPP 100 mg each into left quad.

I did Chest, Back and Shoulder. For 1 hr and 30 min.
Reps were 10-15 With 4 sets each workout.

Tomorrow is legs.
 
So continueing pinning the 100 TPP and 100 NPP. Also taking 60 mg ralox ed. Taking . 5 Adex eod.

I did legs yesterday. I am going to do arms today.

I tried a new workout. 1 minute rest period

Legs
Leg press 1 plate 50 reps, 2 plates, 30 reps, 3 plats, 25 reps, 4 plates, 20 reps.
Leg extension 60 lbs 50 reps, 40 reps, 30 reps, 30 reps
Calf horizontal press 150 lbs 50 reps, 170 for 40 reps, 190 for 45 reps, 210 for 20 reps.
Adductor and abductor same set up.

I will be doing this typpe of lifting once a week for legs. But only for legs. I will be doing legs 2x a weeks. My other body parts are going to be 8-20 reps.
 
I ate 3600 cals, 350 protein, 560 carbs, and 100 fats. 30 saturated and 71 unsaturated.
 
Continuing to eat 4500 cals pretty clean. Is this too much?
360 protein, 500 carbs, 150 fats. I really need to lower fats though.

Going light with high reps for know. Until basically failure. People showed success with this so I am going to try.
