Today is my day off. I pinned the stuff. I found out that for pharmacy amps you need to point the dot away from you when cracking, and they open no problem. So I wont be breaking any more amps and wasting money and having glass all over.

I pinned Tren A 1 cc and switching from test pp to test c 200.

I am changing my routine to I think I am getting to used to it. also I am running then to I a upping the weight and lowering the reps. I am basically starting at a weight I am can 15 reps, then keeping on upping the weight until I can only do 4-5 reps. It going to be about 8 sets a workout.

So for example I did

chest and triceps 6-10 sets
Bench machine-- starting at plate 14 then upping by each plate until I got to 5 reps. I ended up doing all the weight which is to plate 20.
Slightly incline---same thing but plat 12 to 18
Steep incline---plate 10-16

Triceps
Rope pushdown plate 3 ended plate 7,m did plate 5 twice
Wide grip pushdown plate 3 ended plate 7, did plate 5 twice

that was the workout. I feel like I was doing do light of weight, even though I was having good workouts. So I am going to start teetering with the idea of failure for 6 weeks, since I did hypertrophy for 6 weeks.
 
I am pinning 100 mg tren A, and 100 mg NPP. I am not pinning my test C ed but 600 mg a week and its 200 mg per mL

Today I am going to do back and biceps since I did chest and triceps yesterday.

I will do 10 sets per workout. Doing lat pulldowns, and back rows. Then doing 10 sets of bicep curls dumbbells, and cable curls.
 
Ended u doing just back today

10 sets lat pulldown 15 reps to 8 reps with weight light to heavy
10 sets cable rows low,,,same rep and weigh scheme

Pinned 3 ccof stuff into my right quad.
 
Today was arms for me. I pinned the 3cc into my left bicep.

8 sets of 7-12 reps for each workout

Triceps----
Rope pushdowns
One handed rope pushdowns (20 reps)

Biceps----
Bicep Dumbell curls
Hammer curls
 
Today I pinned 2cc 100 mg npp and 100 mg tren A into right bicep.

I am doing legs today.

I have been eating a VERY clean diet. I have been trying to eat a little above maintenence but its hard for me. I am staying at 220, it seems not matter how much or little I eat.

I stopped taking all my adex and Ralox. If I get gyno I get it. I really dont give a fuck anymore. Ill get it removed one day if it gets too bad.

I will be doing some yoga outside in the 88 degrees.
 
So I did do legs. Everything I did was 8 sets, with reps starting at 20 ending at 8 reps by last set.

So I went from 220 to 230 so far, since adding the tren. Also I stopped taking my ralox and estrogen. Right when I started Tren. 2 weeks ago.

Front squats 6 sets 7 reps
Hammy curls super set adductor super set horzontal calf feet pointed inwards
One legged extensions super set with horizontal calf feet outwards super set abdutor

I supersetted more of these but it got confusing to write. I ended with a drop set that was super setted with hammy curls and leg extensions.

8 sets of each reps 8-15

Lat pulldowns
Lat standing straight arm pushdowns
Bicep Curls

I got bloodwork done again.

My cholesterol total is 190, it went down 30 points.
My HDL is 6 was 9.
LDL 100 was 250
Triglycerides 350 to 101.

So in fact adex caused a false reading.

I had a beastly 2 hr leg workout. I took my preworkout and pinned my shit in the morning.

My legs are beasting right now. Pump of the century. I also weigh 230 lbs!!! Lets GOOOO.
Tren strength is hitting. I did 245 easily today but only for 6 reps. Also hit pr in front squats at 165.
 
So I am planning on running a nice blast soon. When I get my shit. I am closing up on my DECA600 and TEST600 with 20 lbs gained. A solid bulk for sure. I did this for 16 weeks.

Now I am hitting the gym hard and getting ready to harden up. I will be using

I am looking to eat mean and lift big. I wanna get hard as a rock and lean as fuck.

I just don't know if I should run tren and mast together or at seperate times.

Eating 3000 cals or as much as I need to stay this weight which is around there.

Carbs 300 g
Fats 100 g

Lifting each muscle 2x a week.

Dude the bicep pin? I've heard of it but fuck that freaks me out. I struggle with quads man. Does it knot up? Im curious because I'm building up scar tissue like none other on the glutes

like any muscle you have to train it. work with small amount when its a virgin pin like .5 cc. Then work your way up.
For example I didn't pin my shoulder for 6 weeks and i went with 3 cc in there and it had pip. But since I pin my biceps once a week i have no pip. It wasnt as bad as virgin muscle pip but it sucked. Biceps are so easy when you get used to it. That was the first spot I ever pinned.

I dont pin lats anymore cause it feels like you pinning into your lungs. Also I cant reach anymore.

I do quads, glutes, shoulders, biceps. 8 pin spots. I pin the muscle that I workout that day, if I pin after my workout. Or I will pin the muscle I worked out the day before, if I pin in the morning so I dont workout the pinned musscle that night. Cause that just sucks for me. Pinning biceps and working them out after is not the best. Its doable you just get tired faster, or get a huge pump too quick.

I feel that when pinning tren A or npp or short esters. If you do pin 9 or 10 hrs before you lift you will have a nice peak concentration in your body of that compound.

I did arms yesterday and had the most ridiculous pump. Not taking apex an raloxifine along with being on my 3rd week on trena made my pumps crazy.

I haven't been hiding my eating goals this weekend. 50 grams short on each part. 10 g short fat.

I increased water uptake.
