I have pics in begging pf thread. I will post pics soon. They are legit the improvements. I also have 10 weeks of tren a left. Tren just started to work its magic. I am 3 1/2 week in. 4 days ago tren showed my veins in quads. My quads have increased in size dramatically. I hit my legs 2-3 times a week. My chest is slacking. I have a bad chest. But back and arms are growing. I haven't been focusing on arms. But I am going to hit them more. I started to squauts at end of workout 2 kinds. Fromt and regular. I must of put 2 inches on my legs. Probably i niche on my arms. Also y six pack is showing without even flexing now.

Serious bsns cycle!! Do you have a before and after of the cycle photos?!
 
Also I have measeuremtns in this thread of my whole body. So when there is 2 weeks left of cycle I am going to remeasure to see how it went. I will post mid cycle pics tomorrow. When I have a camera.
 
I did arms yesterday and leg extension and hammy curls. I am not at my main gym in which I can't to all my good lifts.

Its a small gym at an apartment complex. But I can manipulate the machine to hit my lifts. Most of the time When i go to gold gym I do intensity of 100 percent. Then here my intesity is 80 percent. My workouts at home are 1 hr and 39 min. At apartments they are 45 minutes everything is supersetted though.
So it can get the job done.

Its like an all in one cable machine and some dumbbells but they only go up to 45 lbs.
 
I did arms 2 days ago.

I did arms today. I am at my peak tren A levels. I feel a fucking great pump at the gym. And I am lifting some nice weight. Dramatic increase in arm size and legs. My chest is my worst body part. Lats are wider.

I have more time on NPP also. So I have still been pinning NPP 100mg(ed), 100mg tren A (ed) and test C (eod)... I have completely stopped my apex 3 weeks ago. And my pumps are much better. I bet I am 230. So 10 pounds gained so far. in 10 weeks. At 230. My body fat is still 15 percent. Going to get it to 14 percent.

I am buying a preworkout. And 22 pounds of protein powder, becauseI have been 50 g of protein short eod. Its annoying. Now I can up protein to 350 g a day. Carbs I just eat. More then 300 less then 500. Fats 70.

I did 30 sets of bicep curls
I did 30 sets of tricep workouts.

Monday arms
Tomorrow is legs. Tues
Then chest and back. Weds
then legs, Thurs
Then chest and triceps Friday
then back and biceps Sat
then arms Sun
 
I might add pics tomorrow. Or maybe just wait for end of cycle for really dramatic results lol.
 
Legs today...

I biked to the gym 30 minutess...

Legs ALL 5 sets reps will be shown
Leg extensions
Horizontal calf press
Hammy curls
Squats
Leg press
Adductor
Abductor
Sitting calf press
Hammy curls again

Then biked 30 minutes back home.

So 2 hr 15 min all together.


O yea I think I am going back to do chest tonight lol.
 
I am eating MORE I weigh 231 so up 11 pounds since the tren part. Which is when the NNPP peaked. So more poundage to come

I am eating 4500 cals maybe? or 4000.

400 protein, 500 carbs, 100 fats. But this will happen when I get my protein shake soon.

Right now 300,400,70.
 
I lifted again today. 7/11/17 tuesday

I did legs this morning

I just did chest and triceps.
8 sets each workout sort of.
repes were never less then 6
Basically everything was supersetted, but only two workouts at a time. I would do chest flys then tricep rope, then take a rest. Then repeat.
Chest bench with laying tricep skulls. Chest fly, bench and tricep pushdown was a triple super set sort of.

So 8 workouts all together, Felt really good went with just as much effort as usual.

I wont be doing this again this week though. I have to ride my bike to gym rest of week. I will not be making two trips. I am doing back and biceps and shoulder possibly tomorrow.
Then legs.

I ate 375 protein, 400 carbs, and idk about fats.
Will do this gain tomorrow and rest of cycle.

I ALSO got a preworkout mix with amazing shit. Like citrulline malate and caffeine ad all the n-actetyls. So This should get interesting. Also got 2, 11 pound bags of protein. LETS GOOO I am looking to get big mofos. I weight 233, two pound up from the morning due to eating dinner and water. But that was an official scale, the one at home is a digital.

I was sick last week. Idk y, I think I had a bad reaction to wellbutrin, I was switched to this from lexapro. I was so sick. I had the worst headache of my life. So I stopped taking wellbutrin, Its been 3 days andI haven't had a headache in 1 and half days, This headache lasted 10 days. I still went to gym the first 6 days but then the 7 and 8 I actually couldn't stand up fr too long. I would throw up.

I lost 10 pounds from not eating 1 and half full days. But I still drank a lot of water.

Now I am back I did back and shoulders and triceps yesterday.
 
I have been feeling fantastic the past couple days. My 10 day headache has gone away. It turned out the wellbutrin was cauing migraines. But now I am off lexapro and wellbutrin. I decided to cease these drugs and I believe it wioll aloow for better muscle improvment. Due to some side effects from those meds. So Now I only take subxoxne.
 
What I took today.

88 mcg of t4. I am going to add more I think.
100 cc tren A and 100 cc of NPP pinned in left bicep.


I gained my lost weight back fomr being sick. I was at 235 got sick hit 220. Now I am at 229. so 3 more days ill be 235. I am going to aim for 250 this cycle.
that would be 30 bs gained. I am going to this get bf reading. I want to be at 14 percent bf which is 1 percent lower.

I am doing legs today.
 
I had an intense worktout. It was almost to intense.

I did legs for hr and forty five minutes. I took coffee before as preworkout.

Legs each was for 5 sets and 6-25 reps

Horizontal calf press inward fett and outward feet

I lifted a good workout even with a cold. I feel better afterwards then before.

so I did chest abs and calves.

I went heavier this time with 5 sets of 7-10 reps.

I am still 222 and losing a lot of water. I am liking whats going on so far with my appearence. I am going to stay at 150 mg of test E. I need to get bloodwork and have my test numbers in a good range. So I will most likely go to test prop for a little when the time comes.

So, if I understand you correctly you are doing 25 working sets (using chest as an example). And you are doing that twice a week? So 50 sets total per week for chest?

I did this two days ago also, this combo. I hit the gym 2 hrs sessions this week.

I did 5 chest and 5 leg workouts.

I stopped alllllll steroids due to HORRBILE HEADACHES. I have had a headache for 2 weeks, due to high dose tren. So I stopped taking everything except for test C for 5 days.

I am done cycling which sucks. But its all good. The headaches were way too intense they were cuter productive, It was forcing me to not eat and basically lay down all the time. I actually threw up one day. I suffered through it for 2 weeks because I loved the results, but I know stopped. I feel MUCH better. So I am done with this cycle. Sitting at 235. I gained 15 lbs. I want to hit 250, So I am going to keep test C at 800 mg and go until I hit 250 then stop, and cruise soon. It should only take 4 weeks to hit that weight I think, at a high test dose. I couldn't eat a lot when I had the headaches so it was counter productive keeping the tren and NPP. :(.

Calf horizontal press superset with
Hammy curls
Chest press machine(incline)
Incline flys standing
Leg press
Chest hammer machine
Calf press sitting
A different incline chest press
Front squats


So 6 legs and 4 chest

1 and half hr workout or 1 hr and 45 around I forgot.
