BigTomJ's Training and Everything Log

Hey guys, been away from logging for quite a while now.
It's been an eventful last few months.

I got married in September, then honeymoon for 2 and a half weeks in November to Thailand, then crazy sick for a week, then holidays, blah blah blah.
Feels like ages since things were business as usual and routine, but things have finally settled down and I can really focus on the training.

I've been off all year since the end of August or the beginning of September with a full blown fertility protocol (2500 HCG and 75 HMG EOD with 50mg clomid ed) and I have lost a considerable amount of fullness as a result.

Still checking in at the low to mid 240s at a reasonable body fat level, so despite not having the androgens, I appear to be holding tissue decently so far.

Anyway, I'm a soft weak natty right now struggling through training like the other mortals, but still enjoying it entirely.

@hevyapp

Welcome back!

what are the plans now that you are getting back to regimented hard training, diet and drugs? You should see some good progress and muscle memory coming back pretty fast considering you've been natty for months now.

Probably dont need much to get back to where you was and then surpass that too.

Do you do those supersets as triceps with biceps or do you do triceps/triceps and biceps/biceps? do you do it for the increased pump? :p

Are you continuing with the fertility protocol and do you think it has been working (if you checked sperms count, e.g.)?

How is your wife doing?

Still no drugs.
Not until we conceive.

Until then we rock on with the natty days and keep cranking the fertility.

Here's hoping, I'm hoping the time off and detrained gave me a good reset.
We will see.

This training block it's not antagonistic super sets, they are tri and tri. Bi and bi.
Main reason is for pump, but they also work as a mechanical dropset in a way

Keep going with fertility until it pays off.
Sperm test this week or next.

How is your wife doing?
She's anxious to get this chapter of our life started but otherwise excellent.
She actually got on board with my coach a while back with the intent of her guiding her through training while pregnant

Good luck with the test.
Maybe you have the results of a previous one you can compare it to.
Fingers crossed for you and your wife.
Make it twins, two for the price of one seems like a good deal to me, lol.
Then you need to add at least another one, because 3 is the magic number, or so they say, lol.
And don't worry about anything else.
You will have time to start things again but I am sure that you still look great, regardless.

Glad to know your other half is well and, of course, longing for this pregnancy to get under way.
Good luck and lots of love to you both.

Keep us posted, when you can.

Welcome back brother and here's hope you'll succeed in your dream of starting a family. You no doubt will get back into the thick of training quick enough and regain the mass quickly. Let's go get it!!!
