@pericles- putting myself out to sound luke a real idiot, but where does the 600 a week sweet spot come from? im 6'2'' 260- should I really take four times what I usually take?
 
God damn, 2 and a half grams of Test a week. A little out of my league. And run other compounds with it? I have been running 525mg Test Prop a week and 400 mg Tren Ace a week. Maybe I will try 1000 Prop a week and keep the Tren at 400. Maybe this applies to people who are beyond their "genetic potential" and need higher and higher amounts of gear to see results.
 
Pros have a different game entirely, but for a casual cycle I think there's a sharp decline in risk/reward upping test doses to really high levels. Risk just meaning sides and suppression, nothing extreme, but that's a solid stack guy85
 
Yeah 500+ of prop and 400 of tren ace is a pretty solid dose already. I think for the average non elite competition body builder if you're not getting gains using that amount it's most likely something like your diet or training holding you back.
 
I am up 6 lbs in 2 weeks, my strength is slowly increasing, but not as fast as I would have liked (thought the Tren would turn me into Hercules). My diet is shit to be honest, but I don't consider myself a bodybuilder (I do make sure to pound the calories on cycle though). :p.

im glad to hear you say that rav... I read cycle logs and everyone gets such massive gains so early in the cycle and I wonder whats wrong with me- I dont get much until about 6-8 weeks in regardless of gear ran.
 
Yeah I definitely saw improvements as soon as a couple weeks in, but it wasn't until about a month into using tren ace that i started rapidly gaining and was throwing on absurd amounts of weight to my PRs.
 
Yeah I was confused by that as well. Would make sense that way, but the description says 1 pack of 50. Sure someone who's ordered it or stretch will chime in

On a separate topic, our new shipper sucks DICK. Everyone is so sure they can do it, until it's time to perform, then they cave on us.

It's unprofessional of us/me. We are demonstrating a lack of ability to be professional and delegate responsibility. As long as the "higher ups" were shipping everything was fine, but as soon as biologic grew to the point where shipping was delegated, problems have been constant.

We will get this figured out. Because we are working hard, and we care. But this is much harder than I anticipated. No one will be left unhappy during our growing pains, and we definitely appreciate those who stick with us through the next month or so.

In the mean time, to assure quality product and service, "higher ups" will be shipping the products again. Tracking will be available with every order. We will slowly transition into delegating shipping responsibilities again. When we do perform the transition, we will do it slowly enough to insure there are no more problems.

Finally joined the Bio family Woop woop.
Thing is I was having an problem getting my order in, just having retarded mental blocks and couldn't figure it out. So multiple emails and PMs to bio and stretch and I still screw it up. :o and order twice.

So what happens is they fill the first order and it comes but I didn't realize it because of the stealthy packing. It was sitting with the to be wrapped Christmas presents and I am PMing Stretch and Emailing Bio asking about my order(s).

Well I figured it out this morning when I opened the package to see who it was for and SURPRISE IT WAS FOR MEEE So I ate some crow and sent apologizes to all.

Thanks Stretch and Bio and a Merry Christmas to all

How long did you sit with the box in your house? Thinking it was something your wife ordered?
 
Not sure I think 3 days :o Yeah I knew the name from hearing my girls talk about it.
Just glad I checked it, my wife thought it was something I had bought her and I thought it was something she bought one of the girls.
Now I have to find something to that would fit the profile.

No, my apologies for not being clear: Those numbers were/are for elite level competitive body builders. They are in no way healthy and or appropriate for your more casual user.

The pro I am working with is doing Toronto in 13 weeks. His wife and familial responsibilities have kept him away from other pros (IE she has him on a short chain [:o)] so he is pretty clueless about how much gear they are running...he never did the post Olympia tour). He makes more money from his personal training business. He has won the genetic lottery, but ran only 1 gram of test and 800 mgs of Winny when he got his pro card.

I explain to him that Dorian (Yates) ran 5 grams of test/week. He does not like Tren, but I have got him on 400 mgs and we are moving that number up. He does not like T3, GH, slin etc. I am trying to convince him to run GH, but no slin. Same thing w/ T3 or 4

Basically, I tell him what he needs to do to win @ elite levels. His base needs to be test @ 2.5 grams a week. He still has a small waist @ 290 lbs. He knows how to train, diet, etc., he just needs to get his gear up to compete w/ the big dogs.
