it was a problem with the shipper he fired , i have pm and emailed many times he keeps assuring me ill be taken care of. but i wish id get mine before someone that ordered 5 days ago .. im also waiting on the group gh buy .

details are important for anyone to give any input on the situation.
was it already shipped but never arrived?
has he provided you a time it will be shipped?
when was the last time you contacted him?

I'm not talking shit. I'm trying to gently encourage you to make a credible complaint.
Any asshole can come say hey, I'm getting fucked. A credible asshole can say, my money was picked up, and I was told I'd have my shit on this date and I don't. Or maybe, the shipper that took off had all of product x, and we're doing everything possible to source more.
Stretch has bent over far enough backwards to lick his own asshole to help myself, and others here. I personally have a hard time believing he's just leaving you dick in hand with no details of why your shipment is running late. All I'm trying to get from you is make yourself sound credible so members here can evaluate if there's actually a problem, or if you're just an impatient cunt. No shit talk or offense here mate. Trying to get you to help yourself.

I almost expect to get ripped off in this game. I have been fucked before, and im pretty new, so it wouldnt surprise me. But i dont think he will do that. Everyone thinks the world of him. Hes been nice and all, but being friendly doesnt make a shit when others are getting their stuff.

You aren't an asshole man. This is what this section is about. Hell even Stretch said he want people to post the negative stuff so he can get to the bottom of the issue at hand. So its all good man.
What Candy was basically saying just dont do it with generalizations be specific as you can without divulging any personal information. This way someone can chime in because they to could be having the same issue or not but this way you can get honest advice.

That sucks if you have waited a month & I would be pissed too. I promise you another person who is pissed too is Stretch as he prides himself on the best customer service out there. I can't speak for Stretch but I can say if you handle it right on your end I believe Stretch will make it more then right with you. But Skull I believe is trying to give you some helpful advice on how to vent in a way that will help others understand where you are in the process & what is going on. There is not one customer that I know of when it is all said & done that was unhappy with the final result of dealing with Bio (myself included). I have personally ordered from a few of UGL here & none have come close to matching the customer service & ordering process of Bio. Bio has my loyalty for that simple reason. Again, waiting a month sucks (heck I hate waiting a week!) but I believe you will be happy once everything is said & done.
