making a bond assumption would be a hasty dismissal of that particular issue. they could easily trump up the charges- some sort of Ricoh, distribution, opeeating an ongoing criminal enterprise and set bond 250-500k. bondsman dont have to bite if they smell a flight risk and courts can demand cash. if they want to keep you they will keep you. dont forget that this is a multi state offense. I know im not doing any business right now.

Trafficking across state lines will bring the Feds. That typically entails a grander investigation. Hope this isn't so. Possible domino effect.

Doesn't make me feel any better that Bio has only responded on one occasion recently amid all of this uncertainty.
Wow I'm shocked at everything I have been reading. I hope everyone that has an outstanding order gets their gear. Iam now stuck with the fear of not getting mine now. I placed mine on the 28th but two days later I get a response asking for my ship address. I hope that it is a good sign. If I were to be outted a few hundred then why ask for an address.

I completely agree with this. Bio should be considered HIGH RISK until more answers are gven.
I've always believed that to be the case BUT it also means Biologic Pharma # 1 lied in the quote below - although I can't really say I'm suprised. His idiotic post raised more questions than answers. This mess is not only confusing - it's also getting very bizarre.

Everything will be fine and made good by stretch and bio!
We've had conflicting statements regarding who is in charge at Bio and Stretch has gone MIA for almost 10 days with several orders still outstanding. While everything *might* work out and I hope it does, cheerleading posts amount to wishful thinking and serve no useful purpose at this juncture.

Not cheerleading just a fact cbs. If it was switched and it was you I was supporting based on what you had done for me personally you might think differently yes? Guarantee le not an issue here. A shipper and a reshipper both dealing with different product leave you belly up right at the same time 1 of the worst if not worst things that can happen to you as a human being happens. Well Hell yes the trains off track right now!
I judge and base my opinion on stretch like most here sticking up for him, on what hes done for us. We all know hes done alot. At my last contact with him I stated hey I was going to send you $ for more of the hgh but I was kinda waiting till I needed something else which I dont. I said I will send hgh $ money now if you want he said no I should have plenty so you can wait. He knows I would have $ on the spot.
Listen none of us knows for sure whats gonna happen but in my mind its fine just be patient! Hes hurt and hurt good probably cant hardley breathe so as my friend and many others here-I refuse to kick him when hes down! Even if he had some of my money now that would not change! Not the way I was raised and if we had that relationship cbs I would do the same for you. I would have your back like I do his! JMO!

I happen to believe we are dealing with two different people in regards to Stretch and Bio. I had emailed/PM'd Stretch a couple weeks ago regarding an order I had, no response for a week. I then emailed Bio and within minutes had a response from Bio, and later that same day Stretch. Stretch made the comment to me that he noticed I was working both sides, Stretch and Bio website, not in a condemning way just letting me know that he was contacted by Bio because a Meso member was asking about an order placed, which Stretch would usually be on top of quickly. He said it threw up a red flag with Bio. Stretch immediately handled the situation like he said he would. Now, Stretch could certainly be both Bio and Stretch but why would he wait to respond only after I contacted Bio? I am inclined to believe we are dealing with two different people.

Hard to understand isnt it ironwill? If I were you and with the timing of this all coming down as it has. i would not expect you to feel any differently. Youre basing your feelings on your dealings with stretch. We simply are doing the same because of completely different results. imo he will make it right with you.
Just to clarify, I don't think Stretch ever claimed to own BIO, he said he was a partner with someone who shared his goals and ambition. I'm a partner (and part owner) with my company, but I'm definitely not in charge. I agree being MIA for 10 days is pretty extreme, though.

Look everybody.... There is a company called Biologic Pharmaceuticals ok. This is the person that is in charge. Stretch is a partner yes. To what degree is our partnership is our business. As far as orders that any of you have made with Biologic Pharma I have taken care of or made contact with you to fix that. I can do that. I am doing that and I will do that. Many people have side jobs and do different things on the boards. I deal with products that are only offered on our website and through our website. I saw that several orders have not been taking care of in the last post. Really? That is not what I show on my records. If you have a question about Walgreens you call or email Walgreens. I never call my friends to ask why I have not received my order at Walgreens. I call Walgreens. If you have an issue about an order you placed on Biologic Pharma I will fix it. NOTE: If Stretch said that Biologic Pharma will compensate you and you have emails to back that up I will honor that.
Now, I have not had much dialogue with Stretch but there is amazing news that I heard this morning. Everything to do with the HK buy is almost here. I will assist the best I can to help with that while Stretch tends to some real big boy problems right now. I understand that some of you had vested in a group buy and I can assure you that Stretch will make good of it. I am here to help. Things can happen with any company or person as it already did to Bio. And yes, I have fixed that issue and I believe 95% of those people have received their packages. The other 5% will be taken care of as well. Also, we will be compensation all of those people on the next order with a product of their choice. Things happen but it is what people do to rectify it. I do not even sweat what people say here. Keep working with me and you will see why. Im not afraid to get my hands dirty and work my ass off for you. The customers of Bio are the boss. I just work for you. D

Unfortunately until stretch gets on here himself and lays it out on the table this thread will heaten up greatly each day. It will quickly become a hate stretch thread only. only anti stretch comments will be accepted and that time is close. I based my feelings of trust and belief in stretch on my dealings with him. I will not be used as a flamer for either side. So im out here until stretchs return. I hope and believe personally that to be soon. Keep fighting the good fight fellas!
I want to put my two cents in. We know Stretch's girl was expecting, I haven't followed a lot since then so I don't know what's happening with that. I commented to Stretch in a pm some time ago my "nooby" concerns or whatever it's called, about the volume of post's I was reading about BIO, payment addresses, etc. etc.. This was just my natural paranoia. Now I'm concerned that somehow LE has indeed gotten involved. IF that's the case, then Stretch has a shitload of problems. The kind of problems that create a tremendous amount of stress, and usually your in denial at first at the seriousness of your situation. But as it starts to sink in then it's all consuming. Dealing with his customers and posting his explanations takes a far back seat to dealing with what's happening, if indeed it is. Just wait. That's all you can do. Something will come up and you will eventually know, one way or the other.
