Back 'er up a notch or two there, Skippy. Nobody "broadcast" that you WERE scamming them. There were a few people that were RIGHTLY concerned about their orders because they hadn't received AND Stretch wasn't answering, so it was brought to the open forum. That's the way things work on Meso and it's the price YOU pay for selling your wares on an uncencored forum.
I suspect the answer to this is because Stretch has been the face of Bio since it began.
We're barely into this thing and already your post smacks of contempt for the customer.

That is such a "source" thing to say. Why does any source scam anybody for a few hundred? I don't know but it happens everyday.
It was because of "how much time he puts in on the boards," and then his subsequent disappearance that caused people to get a little apprehensive. The apprehension was totally understandable, IMO. This whole mess was handled poorly by Bio and could have, and should have, been avoided.
Everyone who placed an order with you "really matters." Everyone that was concerned "really matters." Hell, every single member on Meso "really matters." You won't find ProMucle elitism here, junior.
And I hope NOBODY considers you family. You have a business relationship with your customers - that's all it is. I hope no one here ever forgets that.
Again, I don't recall anyone saying they were scammed. They were justifiably concerned. Stretch would understand that - it's disconcerting that you don't.
You can blame yourself for that, BL1. YOU claim to be the one "ultimately responsible for everything at the end of the day," so the blame lies squarely with YOU. YOU knew Stretch was away , yet YOU failed to make other arrangements to look after YOUR Meso customers. Instead, you threw Stretch under the bus.
Now that I've had an opportunity to read your posts, I'm struck by how important Stretch was to building your public image. Your defensiveness and "blame the customer" mentality prove that. You come across like every run-of-the-mill source that has blown through here.
I suggest you do whatever is necessary to bring Stretch back because your PR skills suck. I suspect your business venture will be short lived without him.
And please break your posts up into paragraphs so they are easier to read.
