Thanks for the tests. I held water off the black tops for about a month before the sides subsided. Positive experience all around from batch #30.

Was this ur first time running GH? I started with greys and held a lot of water for the 1st month. By the time I started the blacks believe my body adapted n didn't get much water retention except for the 1st few days maybe week at most.

Yes, my first time. Probably try to order a bit more but like the other folks from the great white North, I'm having issues getting these types of things through customs .

Definitely go with silicone for her man. My wife and I looked into this when she had hers and her set turned out amazing. Look and feel are much better with silicone and worth the price difference.

So as recommend by Dr. J I've taken the last month off from the gh to give myself a washout period before starting any more kits. Going for bloodwork tomorrow to get baseline values for serum n IGF levels checked. Will be resuming the testing log again.

How long did you run, before taking the month off? I was planning on running 6 months on and a couple off. Maybe that’s not a good protocol??

It was like 120 days. Wasn't a planned stopping point. Had some personal shit to deal with that caused me to miss a few days. Then was still fighting with my girl about it all. So was planning on letting everything get out of my system n go the legal route n getting it prescribed (HRT). But now she's back on board so besides getting the baseline bloodwork done this afternoon the entire month has been a huge waste of time.

Was a combination of factors. The money was one but the fact that I lied/omitted telling her about it was another. Plus I think she feels like I no longer give her my undivided attention cuz I'm on here a lot.

Yes. Meso causes relationship problems. I've felt with them as well.

i feel like gh she almost has to know, well if shes living with you. IDK how i would do it if mine didn't know lol.... always in the fridge haha
