Good luck on your cycle, subbed. Typical welder finger nails, we wear gloves the whole time but still looks like you don't. I clean mine every night and still end up Lookin like I just fingered Oprah after welding.

Yeah I have the same problem with work. Sometimes it's hard to get them calories in. I bought me a nutribullet and you can make killer high protien high calorie shake and that makes it easier.

A little update. I've ran into a bit of bad luck lately. First thing that happened is my computer got a virus and I could not get it off of there so I had to wipe out the operating system and reboot it back to factory specs. Then on my way home when the roads were covered in snow a guy decided to run a red light right in front of me so that I could cremate the side of his truck. Now since there were no witnesses the insurance company is denying the claim. To top it all off I got a bug from my daughter and I am now feeling like shit. Got a love these little curveballs that get thrown your way.
All in all I've had a pretty good week though. I'm still blessed with a loving family, my health, and my meso brothers. So I can't complain too much. Honestly though I'm not looking for sympathy just sharing how wonderful my week has been so far.
As for the cycle I'm just patiently waiting for this test to kick in and hitting the weights and food as hard as possible just like normal.
