Boilermech Cycle [StrongGear Test E]

Keep your head up brotha! Life really knows when to hit you and when it does its usually a haymaker. This is test of character bro, so stay positive and keep moving forward! O yeah and get jacked as fuck..

Don't think you can say it much better! Just keep on keeping on. I love that quote.

A little update. I've ran into a bit of bad luck lately. First thing that happened is my computer got a virus and I could not get it off of there so I had to wipe out the operating system and reboot it back to factory specs. Then on my way home when the roads were covered in snow a guy decided to run a red light right in front of me so that I could cremate the side of his truck. Now since there were no witnesses the insurance company is denying the claim. To top it all off I got a bug from my daughter and I am now feeling like shit. Got a love these little curveballs that get thrown your way.
All in all I've had a pretty good week though. I'm still blessed with a loving family, my health, and my meso brothers. So I can't complain too much. Honestly though I'm not looking for sympathy just sharing how wonderful my week has been so far.
As for the cycle I'm just patiently waiting for this test to kick in and hitting the weights and food as hard as possible just like normal.

Is the insurance company denying your claim or the other guys claim?

Both insurances are denying the claims because he told the police officer and his insurance that his light was green which was a complete lie and the officer said since there were no witnesses that each persons insurance would have to cover their own vehicles. The problem with that is I only have liability but he has full coverage. So the old man that ran the red light and never should have been out in those weather conditions anyway will get his truck fixed by his own insurance and I get screwed. Even though it was not my fault. Pretty crappy deal. But what's upsetting to me is the fact that the intersection had cars all over and not one witness even came over to make sure we were ok. What the heck is happening to this world. I am just very disappointed in the whole process. How one lie can save his ass and cost mine a crap load of money to fix my own truck. Ok enough with the rant.

That's not right. I get why you are upset. Society is going to hell. Hang in there brother.

Gotta hand it to my 14 year old son. He's turning into mini me. I have been sick for a couple days and was slacking on leg day yesterday working out with my Son. I tried to just put 225 on the bar to do a few sets with and my Son said "you're not going to let this being sick kick your butt are you!!!! Come on let's either lift some real weight or just quit!!!!". I told him that he's going regret saying that as I loaded up 185 and said its your turn, and that little shit said alright let's get it on. Lol
He wasn't able to get it all by himself but he sure as heck gave it all he had hollering and grunting all the way up. I was so proud of him. Even my older boy (17) was impressed with his efforts. Needless to say it ended up being a good day. And I can't wait to see how he's walking when I get home later [emoji5]️

I have a 15 year old son and he's like that with me sometimes. That is a great age. They are starting to become men and beginning to relate more.

My 5 year old felt left out so I had him deadlift the bar. He done 4 reps with the 45lb bar. He was so excited after his set he went into the bathroom to look at his muscles and came running out hollering and giving everyone high five. It was awesome.
My Wife chewed my ass for having him lift the bar because she said he could've got a hernia. But it was still cool.
That's my 14yr old spotting him.

Looks like he's about to do reverse curls......In the "Squat Rack"

Boiler, sorry to hear about your misfortune with the auto accident...people do what they do. Family and kids are what keep me going when the sh@t is rolling against you! Mine are almost 11 & 13 and without them, well I don't know what i'ld do. Just keep moving north and don't let up!

Should be you 3rd injection tonight. So how are things? Has life got any better? Can't be to bad with those kiddos as support.

Actually it's my 4th injection if you count the front load pins [emoji6]
Seriously though I pinned for the 3rd time now and I'm getting some pimples is about all for right now.
As far as how things are going in life in general I can't complain. I'm feeling a lot better (finally got over my cold). Just had Thanksgiving with the in-laws today and going to celebrate Thanksgiving with my parents Thursday. So I'm just being really thankful that God has blessed me with such a wonderful family, life, and great friends like everyone here. How's everything going with you brother?

All is well here. Work has slowed down. Which I am so grateful for cause come January it will be balls to the wall up till May.

We'll have you been able to get those calories in at work? This should be your week here to start seeing some progress.

We'll have you been able to eat those calories in at work? This should be your week here to start seeing some progress.

Been getting closer on my calories. Up To 4000 now. Trying to get back to 6500 but with my Wife wanting Christmas money for everyone under the Sun it's a little hard, lol.

Calories were impossible first week because of all the work that was going on here. You know what I'm talking about @OdieM but it's slowed down some now so it's getting easier.
