Boilermech Cycle [StrongGear Test E]

Well not cool. Our work Christmas party was Friday and now I can't make that and your making me miss my show that I watch every Friday night "Gold Rush". Lol

Nah i could use the extra cash this time of year.

So I figured I would post up my workout and see what you all think about it. I done this exact workout for years with great results. It is actually the workout I was doing when I reached 240lbs. But since I've been back I change my workout up every 6 months. So here it is brothers let me know what you all think.
Monday: Chest- Flat Bench/ Incline Bench/ Decline Bench/ Dips/ Flys
Tuesday: Biceps- Strait Bar Curls/ Preacher Curls/ Hammer Curls/ Cable Curls/ DB Concentration Curls
Wednesday: Triceps- Close-Grip Bench/ VBar Pressdowns/ DB Overhead Extensions/ DB Kickbacks/ Reverse Cable Pulldowns
Thursday: Back- Deadlifts/ BB Rows/ Seated Cable Rows/ Wide Grip Pulldowns/ DB Rows
Friday: Shoulders- BB Military Press/ DB Press/ Lateral Raise/ Bentover Raise/ Shrugs
Saturday: Legs- Squats/ Front Squats/ Leg Extensions/ Leg Curls/ Stiffleg Deadlifts
Sunday: Abs- I mix this up quite a bit but I hit them hard on this day.
I do 5 sets of each exercise. 4 to 6 reps on larger movements, up to 10 reps on more concentrated movements. 60sec between sets.
Ok so most of you are going to look at this and say "so you work each body part only once a week". But if you understand how I have it divided you will see that they get hit a lot more than once a week. Monday is Chest which also hits Shoulders and Triceps. Tuesday is Biceps pretty basic here. Wednesday is Triceps which close-grip bench hits Chest again. Thursday is Back which hits Biceps again. Friday Shoulders which hits Triceps and incorporates a little upper chest. Then Saturday is Legs and I do Stiffleg deadlifts and others that hits back and traps. I realize there are more body parts that get hit during other exercises as well but that's just a little explanation of my thoughts. I also always throw in a couple quick ab sets after each workout throughout the week.
So what do you all think?

Bro my routine is very similar even down to the exercises. I too work one body part a day. The only real difference is you do 1-2 more excercises per body part than I. I also do bi's/tri's on the same day.

I keep all sets in the 10-12 rep range. I also do 4 working sets for each excercise (excluding warmup sets). I always rotate between brabells and dumbells for example, if I do flat bench barbell press then when I go to the incline bench and do dumbells presses. Another example is on the military press. I will use the barbell for one week then switch to dumbells on other. This is my normal routine. Every great while I try to shock my muscles and will throw in pyramid sets, failure sets and or a change the order of excercises for that day.

Here is a small example of my normal routine:

**All exercises are 4 working sets, 10-12 reps, always trying to add weight each set, 10 min of cardio everyday before workouts**

Monday- chest:
Flat bench barbell/incline bench dumbells/flys/push-ups

**flat bench and incline bench swap between dumbells and barbell every other week***

Tuesday- back:
Pull-ups/dumbell rows/t-bar/cable rows/cable pull downs

**deadlifts swap in every other week in place of t-bar rows/dumbell rows**

Wednesday- shoulders/traps:
Military press/lateral raises/rear raises/front raises/upright rows/dumbell shrugs

**military press switches from barbell to dumbell every other week**

Thursday- bi's & Tri's:
Barbell curls/preacher dumbells/incline dumbell curls

**preacher curl swaps from dumbell to machine every other week**

Skull crushers/cable press downs/dips

**close grip bench press swaps with skull crushers every other week**

Friday- legs:
Squats/leg press/machine hack squat/lunges/hamstring curls/calf raises

**cardio is 20 min**

Get big bro!!!

Big Mike

Well here we are again on another Sunday pin night for you.

Sure was nice meeting up with you the other night and you splitting your protien shake with me.( even though it tasted like chocolate milk ). Lol

Should be getting real close for those bloods then you can spice up your cycle a little.

It was good to see you again also brother.

Well it is finally the 6th week on nothing but Testosterone Enanthate. I pinned 2ml at 4:30pm today and will be getting bloodwork tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday. So that will be 24hrs, 48hrs, and 72hrs after last pin. This should give us a good idea of peak time for test Enanthate. I will be posting lab results in this thread and in the lab testing thread. It will probably be next week before I get all the results back. I will wait till I have them all before I post.

I would switch Legs and Chest days. No one squats on Mondays (except me, of course). I like the workout. It is has all the basic movements which I love. Even stiffleggeddeadlifts. I mix my exercises up quite a bit, but I ALWAYS squat, deadlift and stiffleggeddeadlifts. Bench press, I take or leave. I pretty much have the same routine. Works great.

I never work chest on national chest day. I usually do back :)

I really like starting the week with Legs! I think it is more a catharsis then anything for me, but I truly love squatting. Knocking the shit out of myself from the get go usually keeps me even keel when dealing with people the rest of the week!

I do Legs on Saturday so I won't be sore as heck barely being able to walk all week long at work. The guys up here at work give me enough grief as it is.
