You brew some raws. you think you add 250mg /ml but they end up being 150-200mg/ml.
Pretty sure the only to know that is to have you raws or end results tested.

Orals tend to be a real bitch to get dissolved into solutions of any kind. I’ve tied using peg 400 in some of my injectable orals and it doesn’t seem strong enough to do much.
Why not cap?

Now your just washing and sterilizing your own media bottles right or are you buying those to? Feel like that would start getting expensive. 500ml = 50vials $15.00÷50vials= .31¢ added to every vial and then a media bottle?
I have glass filtering but sometimes I'd like to also save myself a lot of time buy just throwing my filtering set up away (disposable)been I'm done and not have to wash and sterilize.
For all you fellas who claim to filter with in minutes... How?
I've been brewing for awhile with both reusable and single use bottle top filters and have never filtered anything under 2+ hours. Filtering is a slow tedious process. Anything under 3 hours depending on how much volume your doing, I don't believe it. I've use compressor as well as vacuum pumps. I've always used sterile .22 in all my brews

Yeah I have a bunch of Wheaton 500ml media bottles that I wash with alconex (amazon), then soak in 70% isopropyl and finish by two rounds of 500 degrees dry heat for 1+ hours.

It was a pain before I got the filters I mentioned above. I also put thread tape on the parts that connect to my vacuum pump and stuck one the bottletop adapters in the other end beast mode style.
