Just brewed 4 30 mL vials of test C 200 mg/ml, 2 30 mL vils of Mast E 200 mg/ml, 40 mL EQ 425 mg/mL.

I used only BA and BB with 17 grams of EQ, it held fine. So that I can use .5 mL in my syringe to get 200 mg of EQ. Then the oil from the other 2 mL of test and Mast will make the oil i missed from the EQ.

First time brewing came out great. I actually forgot the oil for the EQ but already filtered it. But it holds and works fine.

So here is my first brew! Brewed 100ML of 330mg/ml EQ and 270ML of Test Cyp at 220mg/ml. EQ is easy as fuck to brew enjoyed it a lot. Lets see if they hold overnight.
One question about sterilizing vials.
I washed them, then rinse in distiled whater and then 70 iso alcohol bath, cover them with foil and bake them 40 minutes at 270°C. Did i miss something?

You should be fine. What did you to sterilize the stoppers. If you’re gonna brew for just yourself and maybe a few friends just buy sterilized vials. Swab the top with an alcohol wipe. Stick a 25x1 gauge needle in about a 1/4 inch. Draw up 10-11 mls in a syringe with an 18guage and fill vial. Done.

Stick a 25x1 gauge needle in about a 1/4 inch. Draw up 10-11 mls in a syringe with an 18guage and fill vial. Done.

For the stoppers and caps im washing them then rinse with dist wather and alcohol bath and ill put them for 15-20 minutes when the vials timer is donde and the oven starts to cool. Dont know if its good enough to sterilize them..
PD. The only thing im worried about right now is how the fuck im going to filter this all with just syringe filters..

Millipore PVDF 0,22 ones and right now i only have 10ML syringes but ill look to take some 60ml maybe?

I was waiting to hear what size syringe he had before I told him how much it would suck.

Don’t go with the 60ml. You’ll want to never brew again. Use the 10s and keep the beaker warm/hot. Hot but still be able to hold it. The oil will flow better. The 10s are easier to push liquid through something to do with hydraulics. Plus it will be easier to measure each vial.

Definitely filter with a 10ml syringe like @Thegreek said.

Filtering with a 10ml syringe by hand is better than filtering with 60ml and a caulking gun

Don’t use the caulk gun on the 10 ml

60CC with caulk gun is death. Never again. Had to filter a couple ml's real quick with just a 3CC a few times and took 2 seconds.

Questions : With the 10CC syringe, how fast/easy is it to filter the 10ml's of brew? Easy meaning does your hand hurt after? Would doing 50-100ml's by hand with the 10CC be too much?

Easier enough that Id never use a 60ml syringe. No you’ll be fine. Keep the oil hot but not hot that you can’t hold the beaker. Anything more than a 100 and I’d switch to a new syringe filter. Anything more than a couple 100 and frequent brewing switch to vacuum filtering.

l actually used 3 mL syringe and each depression took 5 seconds through a 22 gauge needle and .22 micro filter. I backfilled while keeping the needle in the vial and then put the plunger in. It actually went to 4 mL. Took 2-3 minutes for 30 mL I used an iron as a hotplate lol. And just made it warm which was a good idea, for filtering.

Ill give those 3ML syringes a try. I woke up today with literally no thumbs after filtering 60ML... I have 300ML more to filter. I want to hang myself

Backfilling with 3mL syringe is great idea. Quick pushes, just constantly filling every minute would be annoying. However, 3 mls in like 20 sec + having to backfill. So say 1 minute per 3 mls, you could do 60 ml's in 20 mins. Not fucking bad.

I just filtered 60ml of EQ right now with 10ml syringe and damn... Im looking for bottle too filters now hahah

Like 10 minutes... I tried with 2,5 syringes and the flow was better but dont know why a little oil was loosing between filter and syringe. Syringe filter sucks btw if you want to filter 100+ ml.

With 300ml batch sizes it's either caulk gun or bottle top. IMO bottle top all fricking day.
