More impressed I still got 365 for three after because I fought with 405 a bit. No stall, but it went up slow. Celebrated with two five guys double bacon cheeseburgers with everything.
Congrats on your pr my man. Damn brutus that's some true heavy ass weight bro. Moving lbs around big beast mode style right there. Even after your pr you still benched a massive amount of weight, an for reps even smh. Thats whats up right there brotha. Very impressive big guy. I bet you was pumped after setting that pr, shit I'm pumped just sitting here thinking about it lol;)

@brutus79 @johnnyBALLZ how long do u guys train for?? I usually go for 45m-1 hr whether I'm on a cruise or blast but can obviously keep weight a little heavier and cut rest slightly during blasts.

We can usually get everything done in an hour, hour and a half would be super long. If it takes longer you are waiting too long in between sets or doing too much.

I should have elaborated... bodybuilding/hypertrophy based training should be that time (just imo) but strength training seems to take far longer.

I've mentioned this before but its worth repeating:

Your level of conditioning is going to be a huge asset when switching to PL, especially considering the weight you're currently moving on the big three.

Arnie didn't have a job. He had Joe Weider Blowing him for room and board.
Amen. I work 60 hours a week because I slave myself out just as bad as my reps, I have a 3 1/2 ear old I have 50/50 custody of and live alone with, I go to aa meetings in "all" my "free" time. The gym 4 hours a day is laughable. I do so many other things that make life worth living.
Didn't Arnold lift for 4-5 hours at a time?

Having my own setup in the basement helps a lot in minimizing my time spend each day working out. I never have to wait for a rack, bench, etc. and I set up my weights for the next movement while resting between sets of the current movement.

Saving time is one of the main reasons that I have two power racks instead of one, two benches, two lat pulldowns and low pulley rows and 4 Olympic bars and enough plates to fill them all.

Damn now that's money well spent. If I had it all to do over again I wouldn't have wasted all of my money when u was younger on partying an put it towards weight lifting equipment instead. Now that I think about it, I probably could have opened my own gym by now smh:rolleyes:
