Can IGF-1 be elevated by any type of insulin?

Does it matter what exactly insulin is used or any type of insulin can elevate IGF-1?

I'm currently on 5 IUs of HGH a day, which puts me at 5.88 ng/mL (GH), but IGF-1 is very low, it's just 250 ng/mL (reference range limit: 350 ng/mL).

IGF-1 is projected to continue declining, because the longer I'm on HGH, the more the body will adapt and produce antibodies. So using insulin is inevitable.

I have access to insulin available in my country (SoloStar by Toujeo. It's long acting), for free for diabetics. How many units a day should I use for IGF-1 elevation? I want my IGF-1 to be above the reference range.

Serum IGF-1 blood testing is basically worthless.
Chasing a number for serum IGF is a great way to waste your time

Why? As far as I know, IGF-1 is stable overall and doesn't have big fluctuations.

Growth hormone is what has fluctuations, but this is supposed to happen only when the level is natural, not when GH is supplemented exogenously, because the natural production of GH is pulsatile and even the slightest stress or lack of sleep can basically reduce GH to below reference range.

do you care about what IGF-1 in your blood is doing?
or do you care about what IGF-1 in the muscle is doing?

Blood testing measures systemic IGF-1, which means almost nothing, not local IGF-1 and local IGF-1 is what is actually giving you any benefit.

Okay, I understand what you mean.

I care about IGF-1 in the penis, muscles and bones (especially facial bones, not necessarily long bones with growth plates. I'm 24 years old, so the plates are closed anyway).

How do I check the local IGF-1 level in the specific tissues I mentioned?

you Puffer

this retard already wrote that he is in a caloric deficit in some other thread.
he already got told that that caused his low igf1.

In other words, even with an IGF-1 level that is low for the HGH dose I use and the GH level I have, IGF-1 in muscles, bones, including the penis, can still be above the reference range?
what do you think the reference range for local IGF in a penis?
did you miss my post about biopsy? how many cocks do you think theyve cut open to test to determine a reference range?

youre overthinking all of it.
is your GH real? yes or no? thats the only question you are going to answer or be concerned about with bloodwork in this context

Systemic IGF-1 is produced by the liver, but local IGF-1 is produced by the tissue it is found in.

Do the tissues use circulating HGH to convert it into IGF-1? If yes and my HGH is 5.88 ng/mL, then the local IGF-1 should be high, right?

I want to know the level of IGF-1 in my penis, bones and muscles, but it seems this is impossible without a biopsy. Anyway, can an estimation be made? With a GH level of 5.88 ng/mL, what should be the local IGF-1 in case the metabolism (conversion of GH into IGF-1) is low/bad and what should the level be if the metabolism is high/good?

context clues.
It's actually 16.9-17.3 cm in length and 13.8-14.3 cm in girth. Exact numbers depend on erection strength.

I consider this small in accordance to today's standards and societal expectations. I know I still have some time and that elevated levels of specific hormones can help. This is why I'm asking these questions. :(

again, make sure youre taking your meds every day

Are you blasting gh to grow your dick? You aren’t getting any taller and your dick ain’t getting any bigger regardless of the amount of igf1 you shove into yourself. This is one of the stupidest/funniest threads I’ve read here in awhile…
