Just figuring out how to use BITCOIN and which is the better option for bitcoin.
If I were to use an ATM bitcoin machine,
1)get the bitcoin
2) put it in my hardware wallet (mycellium? breadwallet?)- which ones better?
3) make a transfer
what's the estimated fee for $2000?
ATM fee (buy:8.2%) + putting into my wallet + transferring to someone

Anyone got a quick estimate for total cost of the transaction? TIA

whatup guys

looking to get some input on my first cycle which i will getting shortly.

AGE:25 (LIFTING 4 YEARS, 2 serious years)
6' 0"
202 LBS
Bench:245
Squat 310

TEST E 500 MG total * 250 MG* MON/THURS 1-12 W
adex .50 EOD 1-12
NOVA 15-18 40/40/20/20 ED

From what i have seen this should be fine. I will be getting bloods checked before and during too see whats going on and i guess go from there. I know this is a very moderate cycle so i think this should be okay to get my feet wet. Now only looking to see if i should add in clomid w Nova? open to opinions ECT.

If you can't even throw up 315 for reps after four years you shouldn't really be using roids imo. Steroids for bodybuilding shouldn't be used as a shortcut, they should be used as as aid to go further once you've surpassed all natural means to an end. If you were some sort of performance athlete than yeah. But for strength purposes.... cmon.

Your cycle is fine. My point was that you're not even close to maxing out naturally.

Why mess with AAS when you can make gains without them?

Exactly.

Anyone with less than 5-6years of solid, natural training and a good strength base is wasting their time by going on. There is so much to learn, you don't even know what you don't know.

yolo, i was just looking for an opinion or two on my cycle haha?
Ok, my 25 cents

1 you are asking for a help and your second post talk about measure dicks, so I think you are going in a wrong way and whatever we tell you here you will give a shit.

Anyway, I'm no bodybuilder and also not the strongest guy in the gym, even then I do my cycles, and numbers are not my rule for anything so I don't care how much you can squat or bench (I don't think I can squat more than 250 pounds due to my screwed knee)

My opinions about gear;

If you are younger than 30 and not a professional it's not for you, you still have test in your system enough to get good results

If you didn't reach you maximum or close to that you are wasting money and risking yourself for nothing you can't do on your own

And final, if you don't have a long history of training or a good team to back you up and teach you how to use your body you are wasting gear

So, you cycle would be perfect for an older guy with more time of training

Just my opinion, put this money in a good coach and you'll be doing a better investment

not a fan of logo that specific, any chance to make just a logo without a human? reminds me of j.se... for some reason x.x
We’re not going to have that badge/logo on all of our designs. Some of our designs will just have the brand name in that font.

Gentlemen, this one is for the senior guys, hehe, does anyone of you have ever dealt with varicose veins? My shin is bugging me a bit too much lately and I'm pretty sure it's a vein, anyway it gets worse when I'm cycling, probably due to my increased training volume or load.

Any insight or tip about this kind of issue?

Thanks in advance

FL

Just one shin?
Yes, and I actually have only one small vein popping out, but when I do much cardio (let's say jogging for 30, 40 minutes) or when I bend over even for a dumbbell swing or a deadlift it twitches and bothers me, never have that before, but let's face it I was never 40 before as well, hehe

Oh to be young again, lol.

Well besides stating the obvious, I think being It’s something new to you, you might want see a MD, or perhaps even call 811 and see what they have to say.

Sorry I can't be much more help than that.
