Canadians talk domestic

Oh to be young again, lol.

Well besides stating the obvious, I think being It’s something new to you, you might want see a MD, or perhaps even call 811 and see what they have to say.

Sorry I can't be much more help than that.
Yeah, I have my annual checkup schedule for this month, will talk to him about it, was only thinking about any tip gear related, since I haven't told my doc I use anything, nor I will, at least not for now only if I have any real issue, so far so good

@CanuckBR I know that you could "kill" the vein with an injection. Which in turn would eliminate / remove it. My grandma and mother have done this for aesthetic reasons...

So it can be removed, but you will need to ask your doctor as I know nothing more about it (risks / usefulness / long term sides or effects).

Good luck man

They know.

If you can't even throw up 315 for reps after four years you shouldn't really be using roids imo. Steroids for bodybuilding shouldn't be used as a shortcut, they should be used as as aid to go further once you've surpassed all natural means to an end. If you were some sort of performance athlete than yeah. But for strength purposes.... cmon.
Really? Anyone who can’t bench 315 for reps shouldn’t be an the juice ? I bet 3/4’s of the posters on this thread arnt benching 315 for reps.
I agree there’s lots and lots of reasons for people not to be on juice , but I really don’t think the 315 benchmark is one of them ......

He was talking for squats. But, I've personally never done reps with 315... I've done 275 with 5x8-10, but hey to each his own I guess. (I'm talking about squats, not bench).

It all depends on your "goals". If you're a bodybuilder and your goal is hypertrophy then being able to put up big lifts isn't necessarily important.

Absolutely, I’m getting older and my body can’t take the lifts I did in my early 20s not even close
So now it’s high volume and 15 breathes between sets. And I still grow well without using a shit pile of weight, I’m just no where near as strong as I used to be...that bothers me but it’s the reality of life

Of course its no hard and fast rule but how huge do you think you can get if you're in your 20s, 6 foot tall and have a 275 bench? There's just so much room for improvement there.

depends are you a weight lifter or a bodybuilder?if your a bodybuilder It’s not how much weight is on the bar that makes you big .........
you sound like you have been around this for a while , you should know this , going heavy as fuck isn’t always the answer, longevity is the key in this game

Agreed, if you're a bodybuilder hypertrophy is your one and only goal. How you get there doesn't necessarily matter assuming you're not setting a time and date to reach your goals. But you need to be efficient so that you're not overworking yourself in other ways. Maybe I could do 3000 bench presses of 30lb and get the same hypertrophy as 40 reps of 245. I'm obviously going to want to do the 245lb reps because my CNS and joints are going to die if I do the 3000 reps. I meant no hard and fast rule on 315, but really thats not a huge amount of weight tbh. I don't think 315 is even regarded as 'heavy as fuck'. Most natty guys I know could throw up 315 for reps cold off the street. But I'm getting away from my original point and i've been taken out of context tbh. I was replying to a particular post and my point was that in my opinion that guy hadn't shown enough improvement in four years of training natty. This means there's a deficiency elsewhere, and if he perhaps addressed that issue first, he might not need steroids to reach his goal/s, and not using steroids to reach set goals is the absolute best case scenario and I would always shoot for that long before I recommend pinning.

Gius tried 3 shopperssDrug marts and a Walmart

No 18 to 22 g needles anywhere.

Should I I both inject and draw with a 25 g 1 inch?

I have done that in the past but it will take a painful long time to draw it, get a 23g to draw if you can, or just patience...
