I wanted to try drop more 1 or 2% bf this week, didn't want to drop the clen, but I'll go by steps, drop Winny today, physiotherapist tomorrow to see the nerves, if doesn't get better by Tuesday I'll drop the clen and t3, at least it's my last week I didn't need to cut the cycle in the meddle
2% drop in fat in a week, that's huge, best of luck with that. If you sleep on your right side does the numbing get worse, less, the same? Same sort of questions sleeping on your left side and back. In a nut shell do you get relief from the numbing with body positioning?
