For those that ordered from Pareto, how long do tracking numbers usually take to update if a package was sent on the weekend? The tracking number still says “Unable to load info. Check back later.”
Hopefully that doesn’t happen because I need to know when it does get delivered (personal reasons).You have nothing to worry about by the time Canada post updates you will probably have the package!

I can make decent lean gains. I just find it hard to eat enough surplus. I try to pack down the protein.What about gains for you two one keto? Are you guys able to put any gain on keto?
I'm thinking about restricted keto 6 days a week and 1 free day.
My main concern is my wife, she is not gym friendly, also she have tried all the diets I could named she is dedicated, but I can eat same shit for months, I don't care it's just fuel, she can't, after a week she goes nuts, and keto has lots of options, it may work for her, 38 years old, 2 kids, full time job, not easy to her as well to dedicate much time for exercises.
Anyway, I don't mind to help her for a while and don't get gains but just curious if you guys can make it, that would help me to stick to her for longer

Make sense, I'm actually taking mk677 at 15mg a day, had a chronic pain on my left knee bothering me for more than an year, about 5 months on mk677, can't say it was the only reason I fixed my knee but I'm pretty sure it helped a lotGo buy some mk677, it will fix any appetite issue you may have. The ghrelin increase is unreal. I was hitting my calories on fuckin keto, its that effective. Why not spend 60 bucks on a bottle of that to ensure you're bulking correctly if you've already spent a grand on roids and anciliaries and protein powders and gym membership etc.

Even though fat has more than double the calories per gram, it is a big challenge as you stop craving food like you did on the standard american diet.I never bulked on keto, but eating past maintenance seems like challenge without carbs.

Hehe, I need to confess, cheese, bacon, cream cheese, butter, this keto stuff sounds so wrong and too tempting to me, hehe, I will try for a month after mid AprilDont forget cheese. Its not something you get a lot of with this lifestyle, but on keto you're free to indulge. Makes keto breath much worse though.
