I've learned my lesson. I had a dosing problem with an established lab a while back, seems to have been just a one off situation.

Gentlemen, quick question for everybody, is anyone using keto diet or have tried, or have any experience/research about AAS and keto diet

I’ve tried one in the past, I found personally I always looked flat as a pancake because of the no carbs and that weight loss plateaued quicker. Some people do have great results using Keto though!

Getting into keto isn't fun, but it feels pretty good after a little while. I cut on keto for several months (off cycle) and had great results. Your weight might rebound when you stop as you hold less water on keto. Also, you need to supplement with potassium.

Give you the worst breath too. Personally if youre fat and want to skinny up quick then yes, keto for sure. If you want to lean down yet still have that full look then no. Just figure macros out and slowly deplete. Or carb cycle. Ive had the best body ever doing that. Just took more work to keep on it was all

I'm around 16, 17% bf, and too easy to get fat, I'm thinking in go keto before next blast for a couple months and try to get around 12, 11% and instead of my usual blast 6,8 weeks for bulk and 6 to cut, I'm thinking in do keto, bulk for 6,8 and then go keto again to cut, just not sure if I do something like mast/Winny and keto when cutting or only keto, need to do more research on that.

Wife is trying keto, so I will try more as an incentive to her than anything else

Just thinking about still

I wouldnt go keto brother, or bulk. Just go for lean gains for 6 weeks and then cut for 6 weeks. When cutting run a t3, t4 and clen regime. Same with the wife.

Mix HITT workouts in with your regular workouts. And do less LISS cardio. Do 1x a week of LISS and 3x a week of deadmill sprints or something more explosive

Personally keto diets are good if youre like 24% and up for men and 30% and up for women

I agree with you, wife is around 40% bf today and I will try for a month, at least to see if I help her to don't give up

I usually run t3 and clen in the last 2 weeks, I'm afraid of run that for longer and burn lean mass

You can throw her on a strict diet, no keto, and run t3, t4 and clen for 6 weeks. Just pyramid her up and down. Lots of cardio or HITT classes

For chicks this works really well. Ive seen it. Google Sara Soloman. She has day to day workouts and lays out a diet outline for chicks. Easy and quick. And if she stays true to it it works great

Will search it up and do more research, thanks man

It's always good to hear a second or third opinion when thinking

Cheers

I think at 40% bf, she doesn't need any compounds at all. She could probably drop 5-10% just doing low carb or preferably keto. Its the real deal in my experience and I felt and looked absolutely fucking incredible on keto. Can't even list off how many good effects it had on me. No bloating, stable mood, no cravings, wayyyy better sleep, all my headaches went away, all my heartburn went away, instant weight loss at a very small deficit (water I would assume). I can't say enough good things about it tbh. Even if you want to just do lazy keto which is what I do now. Keto at home and work, but if I go out with friends to eat, I just eat whatever I want. Or occasionally some unrefined carbs at home for simplicity. Its basically low carb diet, but I just eat keto for as many meals as I can.

Totally agree. I always feel best on lower carbs/keto. Way more mentally alert and no insulin crashes that suck up my energy. Easy way to lose bf%...

What about gains for you two one keto? Are you guys able to put any gain on keto?

I'm thinking about restricted keto 6 days a week and 1 free day.

My main concern is my wife, she is not gym friendly, also she have tried all the diets I could named she is dedicated, but I can eat same shit for months, I don't care it's just fuel, she can't, after a week she goes nuts, and keto has lots of options, it may work for her, 38 years old, 2 kids, full time job, not easy to her as well to dedicate much time for exercises.

Anyway, I don't mind to help her for a while and don't get gains but just curious if you guys can make it, that would help me to stick to her for longer

Thanks

How is her metabolism? Has she had her hormones / thyroid function checked?

Very slow, she had, all good, thyroid was marginal but in between the range, the naturopath gave her some thyroid support supplements but that was all, the rest was fine.

Just slow metabolism since ever
