Never heard about inject l-carnitine, use to drink carnitine back on the 90's like bcaa, hehe

Let me know how it goes it should help for cutting

Have you tried those fat gripz? Is that helpful?

I haven't tried the fat gripz, but I think it works because you need to squeeze your hands (more/harder) because what you're holding is now bigger. But, I bet it's the same feeling as when I do DB shrugs and the db starts slipping off my fingers. No matter how hard I try to hold them, they just fall off. So are the useful? Sure, but will I spend money on them? No... I won't try them unless I become a "known figure" and get sponsorized lol.

As for the L-Carnitine... I found out tuesday night after talking with my coach. Oral carnitine is absolute shit as barely nothing is absorbed by the body. But, injectable seems to help more. Only problem is that you pin before every workout... shits going to get old, fast.
I know a few guys that have used it
It was a long time ago
Don’t think they thought it was that special or they’d still be running it I’m sure
Well, I don't think it's a magical substance.. just as juice isn't useful if you don't put in the effort.

But then again, Meadows says he does it at the end of every prep to give him a little boost. Is he lying? Is he paid to say that? Dunno... but the man himself is legit (his background, what he's done, what he knows) and he says it's good... makes me think he's maybe saying the truth.

Best thing to do is try it yourself...only you will know. Somethings work better for others so give it a shot.

So, I've been thinking about this... I now started my test prop, which means my cycle will end in more or less 3 weeks.

As you guys know, I want to try the injectable carnitine and it made me think... should I get some Ostarine and continue the cycle for 1 more month along the carnitine? I'd only do Ostarine while I'm doing the Carnitine for 4 weeks.

I'm currently shredding, losing around 3 pounds per week. Just trying to find the best way to minimize my losses and optimize/preserve my gains while in a big deficit after I'm off test / anavar.

I'd then do the PCT protocol right after I'm done with the 4 weeks of Ostarine (Nolva + Clomid for 1 month) and then I'd have 15-16 weeks off gear.

I want you guys opinion on this plan.

Realistically? Maybe give me that 1% extra help at getting rid of the fat. I already do HIIT/cardio, see my coach to adjust my diet and my training (meadows) is on point.

Only reason I want to try this is because I'm curious to see what it can actually do. Some say it works others say it doesn't. I maybe feel like competing one day, so I'm taking this very seriously and see what works and what doesn't work for me right now.

PS: I basically want to be as shredded as I possibly can for this summer.

I have no personal experience with it but if you're looking to do competition, you will want to try it while on test so that you know how it will help at comp time, because you will still be on test through the show.

Myofibrillar vs. sarcoplasmic hypertrophy

Sarcoplasmic or myofibrillar.[qualify evidence] According to this hypothesis, during sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, the volume of sarcoplasmic fluid in the muscle cell increases with no accompanying increase in muscular strength, whereas during myofibrillar hypertrophy, actin and myosin contractile proteins increase in number and add to muscular strength as well as a small increase in the size of the muscle. Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy is greater in the muscles of bodybuilders because studies suggest sarcoplasmic hypertrophy shows a greater increase in muscle size while myofibrillar hypertrophy proves to increase overall muscular strength making it more dominant in Olympic weightlifters.[28]These two forms of adaptations rarely occur completely independently of one another; one can experience a large increase in fluid with a slight increase in proteins, a large increase in proteins with a small increase in fluid, or a relatively balanced combination of the two.

Pretty much: Chasing a pump is just temporary, I like to have a more matured muscle look and build for muscle then to have muscle swelling from fluid for a few hours and you go flat again jmo

Give her a shot!! I’m sure everyone would love to hear the results. I’m not 100pct but I think it requires a lot of volume to shoot

Doesn’t everyone usually drop test before a show to get rid of the water retention?

Would have done it earlier during cycle, even though the pinning 9 pins per week would have gotten really fucking old, but I didn't know it existed back then and I don't want to get more test. I wanted a 12 week cycle (with juice) and I'll stop it there. I'm just thinking of something "softer" that could help me maintain the mass while I'm trying this out for 4-5 weeks.

Will do, I'll let you guys know when I'll be starting it. I'm actually a bit excited lol.

So quick questions fellas, unrelated to Carnitine... but it's bugging me a little.

I just got a call from one of my uncles and he wants to do steroids and start working out and what not. I haven't seen him in a while so I don't know what his physique is like, but my mum said he was now skinny.

He's diabetic, just got operated on the abdominals and has absolutely no fucking clue about how to work out lol.

I'm thinking about telling him to wait 10 weeks post operation to start training so he heals up completely. I'll then set him up with a high-frequency training (think meadows, but baby version). Once he gets some decent muscles I'll tell him what to take for his first cycle...

Thing is... he told me that he heard that because of Diabetes there are some oils/ orals he can and cannot take. Is this true?

I know that he needs to watch what he eats, but I don't know yet if he needs insulin or pills or what..

Personally, I'd tell him to be patient and train for at least 2-3 years, but if I don't help him, he'll ask someone else and I'd rather he gets info from me.

I look forward to your research

I'm not 100% sure but I believe diabetes and AAS doesn't go well together, I'd do a really deep research before use it, the way our hormones, insulin levels and blood pressure can oscillate and get some high numbers, I think that's a big deal for who has diabetes

But again not sure, I remember the guy who gave me my first cycle many years ago asking me many times about diabetes and my history of blood sugar level

Yikes
I don’t even really want to touch this one.
Please convince him to rethink this until he researches it further. I have some ideas on this but I won’t even say. I’m not a dr. so I’d prefer not to give advice other than this.

He’s obviously not healthy, there may be more going on than we know.

perhaps an anti aging dr could help him. Even if the dr won’t prescribe him anything he could monitor him if he is stubborn and take the leap. I’d love to help but this isn’t something I want to give bad advice on.
