Seated wrist curls with a barbell used to be my go to

Yea these are my go to as well, also like reverse grip as well.

I just recently started doing standing barbell wrist curls & reverse wrist curls a few weeks ago and holy shit do I get a great pump out of them.

@6FootFatty if you really want something to help you out... Use "Fat gripz". Heard it'll help your forearms...

So I'm just going to assume that no canadian here has ever heard about injectable Carnitine? Guess I'll be a pioneer then.

Never heard about inject l-carnitine, use to drink carnitine back on the 90's like bcaa, hehe

Let me know how it goes it should help for cutting

Have you tried those fat gripz? Is that helpful?

Now another general question, does anyone has experience with BFR?

Is that any good?

Wanted to try to put some size while cruising

I know a few guys that have used it
It was a long time ago
Don’t think they thought it was that special or they’d still be running it I’m sure

I feel fat gripz to be a gimmick.
nothing like destroying your forearms myofascial hypertrophy than loaded carries, deadlift, rows

I have a pair of fatgripz and they are great. I use them mainly for bicep curls and wrist curls But they can be used for other exercises too. I don't use them often (maybe once every couple of months) but you really feel the constant tension and you get a wicked pump.

Not a dumb question man, my basic understanding; Myo is breaking down the muscle using more strength, think lower reps. While Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy is higher reps, think more of a pump focus.
Got it, thanks, on my case I stay with the sarco idea, hurt myself too ease, even worse during cycles, when you few strength increasing too fast it's so ease to fuck something out

I increase the reps before increasing the weight always
